Titan supplied a 4-ton Hyper heat pump providing both heating and cooling for my new pole barn. Billy and the crew did a fantastic job. They arrived on time and worked steady, even working in the rain for three straight days.They went out of their way to insure the installation looked very professional, straight and neat. While going over the equipment I did not feel rushed and they stayed over their normal quitting time to answer all my questions. Very Happy with their work. It once again proved that dealing with a small contractor that takes pride in their work always beats the big guys just doing a job.

Titan came out as a second opinion to see if my unit s really needed parts replaced like a competitor said. Titan could not find any thing wring with our units. Titan saved me a lot of money and niw I am transferring all My service to them.

Our air conditioner was in need of a big repair The service men arrived when they said They gave us an overview of what they were going to do. They went to work and worked as a team To fix the outside unit it required that holes be drilled inside the house. They moved the furniture and plants, put down tarps to cover the floor. When finished they put everything back in its place They were courteous and polite We believe they did an excellent job!

Always a great experience with Titan! They are honest, quick, and prices are competitive. The technicians are always the same people so there is no worry of turnover in the company. They are all very experienced and make you feel worry free. They are not pushy yet very informative of options to "wait it out" or if it's a real need as soon as possible. You can tell they are service technicians and definitely not salesmen. I have had a furnace installed with no problem and a good price. I've also had maintenance servicing for my furnace, AC, and water heater for about 2 years collectively. Very glad I made the switch!
