The owner took meticulous time, care and effort into the crawlspace! Not just completing the job but making recommendations that he didn’t have to do. Would get no other crawlspace specialist in any of my homes

Will and his team did a fantastic job cleaning our crawl space. They removed all the debris. Made sure all the insulation was up and fastened in place and redid the plastic on the ground. We are very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone needing crawl space work. Thank you!

Will and Taylor did a tremendous job of fixing some serious surprise issues in our crawlspace. Communication and responsiveness were excellent and they showed up when they said they would and kept us updated on the progress of the work. When further surprises emerged and an electrician was needed, they got one out here the next day so the work could finish on time. CBI is fantastic and their pricing is top notch!

Will and his team at Crawlspace & Basement Innovations did an amazing job with our crawlspace encapsulation in Raleigh. We had moisture and a musty smell throughout the house and didn’t know what was causing it. After they came out for a free inspection and completed the vapor barrier installation, the smell was completely gone. Professional, honest, and fairly priced. Highly recommend them to any homeowner in the Raleigh area dealing with crawlspace or moisture issues.

Will was referred by my fave electrician and did great job with providing options for a solution and doing the work. They were very accomodating for other vendors working on the house at the same time.

We had these fellas come back for another job after their amazing service last year encapsulating our crawlspace. They installed a rain water drain so our backyard is less of a soggy mess around the gutter spouts, and instead directs that water to our elderberry bush! At the same time they offered some advice for a personal project of making a dry well of sorts for our condensate runoff. And when they dug up a bunch of rocks during the job, they double checked if we wanted to keep those to use with the drainage of that dry well. Super helpful, considerate, and going above and beyond with their work!

Thank you so much, Callie! It was wonderful to work with you again — repeat customers mean everything to us. We're glad the rainwater drainage solution is keeping your backyard dry and directing that water right where you want it. Your project was a great example of how crawlspace encapsulation and exterior drainage work together to fully protect a home. We loved helping with the dry well advice too — that's exactly the kind of problem solving we enjoy. Thanks for trusting us with another job!

Outstanding! I met Will when he was in our neighborhood writing up an estimate. I asked if he could swing by my house next. He happily obliged. I knew I had issues with mildew on my floor vents. I purchased my (1990's) home 6 years ago and now know that there are different grades of plastic. My plastic ground cover was most likely original and should've been taped together. That's where the moisture was coming from. His crew of two were great and was making sure if I had any questions. Project was done within a couple hours. I'm fortunate to have met Will, who is such a wonderful, kindhearted individual who cares about your home and your family's health! Thanks again and I will share CBI with my great real estate best friend and others.

Thank you so much for the kind words, Cecilia! It was a pleasure meeting you that day and we're so glad we could help identify the moisture issue with your original vapor barrier. Older homes in the Raleigh area often have ground cover that's well past its prime, and upgrading to a proper crawlspace encapsulation system makes a huge difference for moisture control and your family's health. We truly appreciate you sharing CBI with your real estate friend — referrals from happy homeowners mean everything to us!

Crawlspace & Basement Innovations did an amazing job with our full crawlspace encapsulation in September of 2025. Will was awesome at explaining the process and answering any questions we had before, during and after the work was completed. He, along with his team members Taylor and Dale, were great at letting us know ahead of time when to expect them and were very professional, kind and seemed eager to do a great job. Will even saved me money by being upfront and honest about an outsourced job to which his team could address themselves during their work. Their lifetime guarantee and annual inspections are also a huge plus! From the start I honestly felt a true sense of peace that my encapsulation job was going to be done correctly and was extremely pleased once it was done! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Will and his team at Crawlspace & Basement Innovations!!!!
