Called this afternoon and had Demarco arrive within 30 minutes. Answered all my questions and enjoyed his level of knowledge and was very sociable as well. Been awhile since I enjoyed having a technician so polite. Bid for full replacement came through within an few hours even after I told him I was in no hurry Thank you for your time today Demarco. AMAZING service!! I had my AC unit breakdown over Labor Day weekend. I’m not exaggerating when I say it took less than an hour from the moment I noticed the unit was broken to the time that it was fixed, and that’s on a holiday weekend. I was so, so happy with the service and the agent who stopped by was very friendly. They also installed a minisplit in my garage, and they are my new go-to for anything hvac related. Thank you!
