Brian has the best quality firewood! Great communication & excellent customer service! We appreciate the delivery to Spencerport. Thank you so much!!
I purchased a couple of face cords of wood from flower city to top off my supply for the year. I had had a bad experience with the company that I have bought from for years and I felt the need to shop around for another company. As I stacked this wood I found the quality of wood, the size and shape of each log as well as the dryness of the wood to be excellent. The ordering was easy and communication was excellent. I will definitely be ordering all of my wood from flower city firewood.
Reached out to Brian as last years delivery from another company was not the best quality of wood and decided Flower City was the next company to order wood from. The cost was higher than others, but it's worth it. Once I received my firewood and began stacking it I found that almost all of the wood had the bark removed and was well seasoned. Some larger pieces that I hand split to be more fitting for my smaller firebox split with hardly any effort further justifying the season quality. The cost was justified in my books. I know in full confidence that I'll be able to have a consistent burn in the wood stove this upcoming season. Just remember. You get what you pay for. Your delivery from Brian will be worth it. Thank you Brian! I look forward to the next delivery 👍
It was a pleasure dealing with Brian. Perfect delivery. Wood is well seasoned and very clean making stacking and yard clean up easy.
Brian was courteous and replied promptly. The firewood was delivered as agreed upon and it looks like good clean hardwood.

I ordered wood from Flower City for the first time after using another company for many years. Their website has helpful information to determine how much you need to order. Communication for delivery coordination was clear & complete. The wood I received was dry, clean, and delivered on time and without issue. Highly recommend and will definitely order from them again.
Love getting my firewood from Flower City, honest people, flexible delivery and it's a true face cord. Will continue doing business with them going forward.
I received my order for firewood today, Brian delivered on time ,the wood was in great condition clean and dry .I had used it before and it was the best I ever had.
Brian obviously takes pride in his work.I plan on being a steady customer .
If you need wood for your fireplace or pit, this is the place! Thought I'd get a head start on the 26-27 winter season and this company did not disappoint. Great communication at the time of purchase and on delivery. Driver was able to get the truck into our driveway on the edge of the woods with no problems.
Very professional. My order arrived just a few days later and was delivered as close as it could be for where I needed it. The automated ordering process is simple and I received a confirmation from a live person the same day.
