We had a tree that had started leaning towards the house. Adrian came out gave us an honest assessment of the situation. The soil was soft around the base. Looking up at the tree, there was a dried out empty pocket where a limb had once been. The tree definitely needed to be removed. They brought their crane in and removed the tree in sections. Very surgical and precise work. I recommend Burns Tree and Crane for all of your tree removal (or trimming) services!

It is with great pleasure to give Burns Tree and Crane a 5 star review! My first experience with them was to clear and remove downed trees from the Hurricane. Because of the quality of work at that time, I asked for an inspection of all trees that could damage my house in event of another incident. That resulted in the removal of and additional 8 trees during the summer. The combination of excellent equipment and a professional crew, they were able to clear, remove, and clean the areas. The combination of superior equipment with a well trained crew, allowed them to use less time and resulted in a most favorable price! I strongly recommend Burns Tree and Crane be considered should the need arises!

I’ve got over 500 trees on my property, so I deal with regular tree maintenance. Since moving here 8 years ago, I stuck with a well-known company here in Hendersonville, but they recently doubled their rates and, honestly, the service hasn’t met my expectations. Last year, they didn’t follow my instructions, only clearing some trees from areas, when I asked them to clear all the trees. This left me with a bill that was much more than I thought was fair and a job that wasn't finished. Burns Tree and Crane Service was recommended to me by a couple friends and neighbors. These guys spent two days on my property and dropped about 20 medium-to-large trees using their own crane and another 50 smaller ones. It was a large project, but they handled it like pros. Why they’re awesome: • Their communication was great. Unlike my last experience, they actually listened to what I wanted and checked in with me throughout the process. • They cut the stumps low to the ground, which makes a huge difference for the look of the yard. • They didn't just leave a mess; they cleaned up all the debris and put the mulch exactly where I asked them to. • I was worried about heavy trucks, but they practiced great safety measures and didn't damage my driveway. The previously mentioned company left a large patch of damage on our road and cracked part of my driveway. The Bottom Line: Their pricing was reasonable, and they offered a cash discount, which was a nice bonus. If you’re using the same company I was using and thinking they are the best, give Burns a call. They care about the job they’re doing.

All trees, branches and a massive evergreen hedge were loaded on wagons or ground into mulch and removed from our property. Highly recommend!

I had to have quite a few trees a few years ago removed and picked up and over my house with their crane. The location was very challenging yet Adrian and his crew did a phenomenal job. I was so impressed I highly recommended his tree service company to my mother who had to have a massive tree removed it also went on without an issue. Now we are up to present day it had been probably 4 years since I first had the tree work done and I needed more tree work done I reached out to Adrian personally and he and his son came out with a crew and removed over 20+ pretty large pine trees. I was beyond impressed after the years since I initially had them do some tree work to the most recent time their professionalism and reliability had not changed. I would say if you need tree work done and you want a reliable, reasonable, responsible, respectful, and professional company this is where you want to go.

I had a very large tree that dropped a branch on my house during Helene, and another large branch during a wind storm in the spring. I called Burns Tree & Crane to remove the tree. They were excellent, following my desires and offering helpful information. Watching their work was like watching a choreographed production, paying special attention to carefully lifting cut limbs over my house, and gently lowering them to the ground with no dropping or dragging. Their cleanup was thorough. The crew was knowledgeable, conscientious, friendly, and skilled. I will use them again.

Adrian Burns and his crew did a great job for me taking down a very large oak in the middle of a residential neighborhood. They had to position the crane in just the right way to allow access for neighbors and maneuver between two sets of power lines and numerous other large trees. The young men were all very polite and professional and they cleaned up everything nicely. I would highly recommend.

Cut several large oak trees that were very close almost touching my house and cut several smaller hemlocks and pines close to my house also, took care of all the stumps and cleaned up as stated. We had a dead chestnut oak and an almost dead hemlock in our yard that could only reasonably be reached by crane. Adrian came out and looked over the situation. He had a good understanding of what needed to be done, and he also helped me with a couple of other trees that appeared to be in distress. After a couple of minor scheduling hold ups (the tree services are busy after hurricane Helene) Adrian‘s crew came out, removed both trees and cleaned up all the debris in an afternoon. It was interesting to watch them, and Adrian communicated with me throughout the day. They are knowledgeable, professional, and thoughtful about your property and other plants and trees around where they’re working. We would be happy to use them again when we need the expertise.

Adrian's crew removed a large leaning tree and several large downed trees from a steep wooded slope alongside my house. They did a masterful job of maneuvering a crane and heavy equipment into and out of the area with minimal damage to the surrounding area. The results far exceeded my expectation. The crew even went so far as to repair some small cracks on the side of the asphalt road that I think were there before they moved the heavy equipment over it. I give them my highest recommendation.
