I had such an incredible experience with Dr. Fábio Barros for Botox and filler. He is truly talented and has such a refined, natural approach to aesthetics. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process.

Dr. Fabio’s approach is towards a more natural-looking appearance, which was exactly what I was looking for. It’s been 20 days since my surgery and my face is pretty much back to normal, with no visible swelling or bruising. Since the sutures were performed inside of my mouth, there are no visible scars or signs that I got surgery done, perfect for those who want to go incognito about their procedures.
I just wish I had been informed more accurately about the post op protocols from the very start, as the estimated timeline for my clearance kept changing: it went from 3 days of liquid food to then 1 week and then it ended up being nearly 2 weeks total; and I was only informed I had stitches that had to be removed when I was about to leave back to NYC (when I asked about them about the sutures, I was first informed they were going to be absorbed by my body). He did remove them though and I was able to fly back home on time.
Other than that, my experience with him and his staff was pleasant and I’m very happy with my results! My face looks amazing!
