Paul from Glass NI is a true professional, kind, curteous and quick to respond. He fixed my bedroom window which didn't open for several years due to a broken mechanism. The job was done very efficiently and the window is now working perfectly. Thank you for your fantastic service! I highly recommend City Glass NI

I was recommended Paul from City Glass N.I by my son who had work done by them. He was responsive to my messages and replaced a window handle on my bathroom window that hadn't closed for years!

Thank you Ruth for taking the time to review our business.
Cityglass replaced 23 windows with thermal glass. Workmanship by Paul and Philip was excellent. Care and attention to detail was second to none.
No mess to clean up, windows cleaned and frames checked as a matter of Cityglass routine, handles and hinges where it was needed, and all vents replaced. Cannot praise this company enough and personally I would recommend that you do not pass this company by, should you require any glass replacement or even window repair.
With thanks and gratitude to Cityglass.

Thank you David, we are humble by these words. It makes it all worth while, knowing our customers are getting the best service and results!
I’m pleased with the service I received from City Glass N.I.
What initially stood out to me was their focus on sustainability rather than encouraging customers to replace good windows. They focus on repairing and extending the life of existing ones, which I really appreciate.
Paul was honest, reliable and excellent at communicating. He always responded to my messages, which makes such a difference when you’re used to companies sometimes disappearing or not getting back to you.
They arrived when they said they would, worked hard, and were polite and friendly throughout.
They replaced the glazing gaskets, cleaned the frames etc., and my windows genuinely look like new! The previously stained and embarrassing frames are so bright and clean now - the nicest in the neighbourhood.😁
I would happily recommend City Glass N.I. to anyone looking to repair and maintain their existing windows rather than replace them. Best wishes, Kristina

Found City Glass via Google and was a top reviewed business. Couldn’t recommend them enough, needed replacement window and hinges which Paul sorted very quickly. Since installation there’s a noticeable difference in sound reduction and heat retention.

Wow, what a review! Thank you so much.
Top class service from Paul and his team. I had glazing replaced recently and was able to avoid getting a new window by using my existing frame with the new glass. The window is like new and has made a massive difference to my landing area. Will definitely be returning for some repair work on other windows.
