Ollie recently repaired the lock on our back door and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He was friendly, efficient and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly and had it sorted in no time. It's so refreshing to find someone who turns up when they say they will, gets the job done properly and is genuinely pleasant to deal with. Great service from start to finish. Definitely recommended 🙌

Ollie was great. I called him to fix a mortice lock that was stuck, locked. Ollie talked me very clearly through identifying the problem and a simple fix on the phone. He was friendly, understanding and gave easy to follow instructions. The whole thing took about 2 minutes from my initial call to the job being completed. Ollie charged no fee and didn't need to attend the house. Brilliant.

Front door was sticking to the point of us not knowing is we could get into the house or not. Ollie turned up the day after we first got in touch, solved the problem and serviced the door in 20 mins. He gave us the peace of mind that if his repair doesn’t work, we won’t face another call out fee. He explained the alternative lock options so we know what to expect if it does fail. Top notch service - thanks Ollie.

After our home insurance company sent a ‘locksmith’ who spent an hour and a half explaining that our door required a special part he lacked, then simply locked the door and trapped us inside, we called Ollie. Following a brief description of the problem, he diagnosed it over the phone and resolved the issue within 10 minutes. He would certainly be my first choice for similar problems in the future; you are paying for experience and competence.

Ollie was excellent. Quick responses, super efficient, and very professional. Our door was working even better than before we broke it by the time he was done. Very reasonable prices and he even adjusted another door free of charge when he noticed it had dropped. Highly recommend :)

Doesn’t exist at 11 Evesham.. had not read all the stuff about Ollie’s and having seen a picture of a shop in the details thought that is where it was. Got there and nothing.. slightly frustrating so went elsewhere. I am sure if you are looking for a mobile locksmith he would be ideal. I was looking for a shop to get some keys cut.

Interesting review Martin I am a "Mobile Locksmith" and I do exist. Maybe if you'd have called me I could of sent you in the right direction of a shop, Sorry for any confusion, but does this really warrant a 1-Star review you haven't met me or received any service whatsoever.
