Very pleased with the installation of my new windows. Harrison and Callum did an amazing job and were polite and friendly. They tidied up after each day which was a bonus. Pricing was a lot cheaper than other window company and would not hesitate to recommend them.
Amazing Windows
We had all our windows replaced by Martyn and Michael this week. They were a very efficient team and did an amazing job. They didn’t make a mess and just got on with the job. Would thoroughly recommend.
We had some doors and windows replaced. APS windows were great from start to finish. They were very professional and the guys who fitted the windows done a fantastic job!
We have just used APS to install a new composite front door and would highly recommend the company.
The whole process from quote to install was very professional. The staff in the showroom were extremely helpful and it was great to be able to see the glass and colours of the doors in the showroom.

Excellent service from start to finish , the whole process was stress free ,from first visit to quote for new windows and patio door order . Gary came to do the fitting and I cannot praise his work enough, he worked so hard , tidied up as he went from window to window and fitting so good I don’t need to decorate straight away, especially pleased with my new patio door where the old brickwork looked terrible it now looks great, I keep going out to admire it. Attention to detail, professional.
APS were really good from the first day they came out to voew our property. Good communication throughout. We were given a date for installation and when the day came we had Martyn and Michael for our installers.they were punctual, professional and again easy to communicate with. The attention to detail has impressed us and we are really pleased with the final product. Any adjustments or wishes we had were met to suit the renovation in progress. Overall very happy.
We have been customers of APS three times so far - because they're excellent. Every member of staff is a pleasure to deal with; everyone who comes to your home is extremely polite and very considerate. The work itself is first class, done quickly and with everything cleared-up - you would not know people had been in. It is also, in our view, very good value. We could not recommend APS more highly, and we will be using them again.

Very happy with the whole process, and the product!
Excellent from getting the original quote to installing our new front door. Kept informed of how the order was progressing, fitted last week.
Gary and Michael worked hard and did a great job, explained the locking system, left the house clean and tidy and took away the old door and all debris.

Gleaming windows
APs Windows is local to where I live.I popped in to the showroom, and spoke to Andy to give me a quote for new windows.
I agreed on the price, a four week wait for install. Harrison and callum arrived to do install of all new windows, all very professional and all very tidy on finishing.
(Callum is a pro with the vacuum cleaner)
A very honest family business. So if you have read this live in bucks area looking for windows look no further, from me 10/10.

Absolutely appalling service! Fitter used our newly renovated/decorated black bannister as a work bench - and made a huge amount of damage - fitter admitted he had tried to cover up the damage and coloured it in with a black marker pen, still can’t believe this! They offered to re paint but only the area of damage and wouldn’t sand or fill. Knocked £100 off the bill but it took my husband a day to rectify it and we had to buy paint, brush, filler and sand paper as all used up after we had very recently renovated. Company owner did apologise but no empathy and such a lack of customer care. I had to complain 6 times before the owner said he would call me - by this time I’d had enough. Such a disappointing service with damage and time wasted on our part. Also wrong size glass ordered so had to wait five days for it to be completed correctly. They did not care less about damaging our property, says a lot!!
We are very sorry that this was your experience, this was never our intention and not what we stand for here at APS. Just to clarify, and as already explained to you, the fitter did not use your banister as a workbench, the fitters had to lift the frame over the top of the bannister, and unfortunately caught it on the handrail which accidentally scratched the handrail and which they tried to fix. The fitter came back to the property later on the day to apologise for the damage and for failing to touch this in properly. We offered to rectify the damage ourselves for you, but you wanted your husband to do the remedial work and so we offered -£100 credit off the bill which you were grateful for and accepted.
The correct size glass unit for your bathroom was ordered as we have explained to you, however, our suppliers delivered an incorrect unit due to a mix up in their factory. The correct size unit was expedited to us as this was an error by the manufacturers and our fitter stayed beyond our normal working hours to return and complete the installation at a time that suited you.
We have replied to every email with our sincere apologies and we offered to call you or visit to try to rectify the situation, but you told us you only wanted to converse on email as you are working and cannot take phone calls. We fully appreciate that the accidental damage caused frustration, and we genuinely regret that this happened. We made every effort to put things right, took responsibility where appropriate, and worked hard to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.
We take your feedback very seriously and this is not what we represent as a Company. We have tried tirelessly to rectify the situation for you. Whilst we are disappointed that we were unable to restore your confidence in us, we wish you all the best and thank you for your feedback, which we will continue to use to improve our service.
