One of the best locations in Gbg. The place has one bedroom and one spacious living room/bedroom. Do not park in front of the house as you will get a 110 Euros ticket (host sentbtge instructions but I missed tgat there is actually a road!)

This townhouse was an excellent value and location for attending a conference at the Gothia Towers. It is very quick to take the tram and also convenient to walk if that is your preference. There is a There is an ICA grocery store very nearby, as well as being an easy tram ride to restaurants in the downtown Gothenburg area. The management team was quick to reply to requests and communication communications. There were some minor glitches in resolution of requests, but ultimately a very helpful team. The facilities were quite clean, and well decorated in a primarily IKEA style. The sauna is wonderful to have access to and has an adjacent shower for cooling off. The house is quiet, and ideal for groups of related or unrelated people to share the space. One mistake I made when booking was thinking that it was three full baths, it is, in fact, two full baths and one powder room but this still worked out well enough for me and my two colleagues during our visit. Overall, we recommend.
