It smells good. Some of the staff were great. I like the complimentary shuttle. And you can check in early. You must use your room key to use the power in the room. I didnt know that and didnt have power. Lol.

Stayed in BAH (Barcelona Airport Hotel) during our BCN transit. Chosen this hotel over other hotels cos of the free airport shuttle.
Our room assigned (46X) was dusty, and there was no common essentials like bathrobes, room slippers, and basic dental / shower items (tooth brush, combs, cotton buds etc).
The hairdryer was dusty and its electrical wire was not coiled.
There were also stains marks all over the walls.
Witnessed the house-keepers (spitted onto the cleaning trolley when we walked along the hotel corridor. Such unacceptable hygiene standards, and the items on the trolley be used to clean or replenish the hotel rooms).
Will never stay in BAH again 👎
Rigid policy and no customer consideration despite exceptional situation.
I had a confirmed non-refundable booking at this hotel through Agoda. Due to a documented flight cancellation, I was unable to travel and requested a simple adjustment: to shift my stay by one night and add an additional night.
There was clearly availability, as the rates for the new dates had even decreased since my original booking, meaning the room could easily have been resold.
In addition to contacting Agoda, I also reached out directly to the front desk manager, who refused any modification or goodwill solution.
Despite providing proof and making the request in advance, no flexibility or alternative was offered.
While I understand the terms of non-refundable bookings, the complete lack of consideration in a reasonable and solvable situation reflects very poor customer orientation.
I would strongly recommend future guests to be cautious when booking here, especially if there is any risk of travel disruption, as no support or flexibility should be expected.
Very disappointing experience.
