Great stay for a connection over night
☺They have a fixed schedule for the airport shuttle that isn’t included. Even though it’s close to the airport but you barely hear any roaring engines. The location is pretty good as it is only 10-15mins away from the terminal. The information sent prior to arrival are very precise and the YouTube video navigates you properly to the pick up point. The room itself is nice. You got a free mini bar with a few soft drinks which are actually included. The bathroom is spacious. The important amenities are supplied.

☹This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with hotel staff. Their behavior felt disrespectful and discriminatory, especially toward guests with darker skin. No one should ever be made to feel unwelcome or judged because of their appearance. This hotel urgently needs training in professionalism, customer service, and cultural sensitivity. I would not recommend staying here.
