Mi experiencia en Iquitos fue increíble de principio a fin. Quiero destacar especialmente a Allen, por su excelente organización y atención a cada detalle, y a Juan, por su amabilidad y profesionalismo. La comida estuvo deliciosa, con sabores auténticos y platos muy representativos de la región, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más especial. Todas las actividades estuvieron muy bien organizadas, desde el recojo en el aeropuerto hasta la despedida, haciendo que todo fluyera de manera excelente. Me sentí muy bien atendido en todo momento. Se percibe un ambiente cálido, cercano y, al mismo tiempo, muy profesional, algo que realmente marca la diferencia. Sin duda, fue una experiencia que recordaré con mucho cariño y que recomiendo totalmente a quienes quieran conocer y disfrutar de Iquitos. ¡Espero volver dentro de algunos años y vivir nuevamente una experiencia tan especial!

Incredible experience in IQUITOS! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An incredible experience in Iquitos! Everything was perfectly organized, from the airport pickup to the farewell. I especially want to highlight Alen for his excellent attention and organization, and Juan for his kindness and professionalism. The food was spectacular, with delicious dishes and authentic flavors of Amazonian cuisine. All the experiences were incredible and you can notice the affection, dedication, and care they put into every detail. What I liked most was the warm and close atmosphere, combined with a very professional service that makes you feel welcome at all times. Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. I am taking away precious memories of Iquitos and I hope to return in a few years. Thank you very much for everything!

We went on a 3D/2N tour to Pacaya Samiria. We had a wonderful experience which was our highlight in Peru and this tour really played a big part in it. It was easy to arrange with Allen, he picked us up at our hotel and ensure we were dropped off at the airport and came to greet us goodbye. We changed our plans to go to Pacaya Samiria because it seemed like a more authentic experience, which it was. We were staying in a lodge which had good facilities, we could meet other groups and the food was delicious and good portions. The guides were with us throughout the whole day, taking us into the jungle and on the river. Roney and Oscar were super kind, we asked them a lot of questions and had great conversation and insights into the plants, area, and animals. We really wanted to see alligator and turtles so they took us to an extra night excursion to search for them. Pacaya Samiria had a lot of wildlife and different areas to explore. The travel time to get there from Iquitos is about 5 hours, so I would recommend spending at least 3 or 4 nights as we regretted only having 2. I would 100% recommend this tour and visiting Pacaya Samiria, and would love to go again! Thanks so much to Allen.

I had a wonderful time on this tour with Allen. He and his crew take care of everything from the moment you step out of the airport until the moment you step back into the airport (or hotel). I especially appreciated the wildlife tours and native/local village tours. I would like to come back in the future to do the pacay/samaria tour with him. Highly recommend. P.S. we did some fly fishing and I caught some red belly piranhas. They cooked em for us back at the lodge and it was surprisingly tasty!

Awesome tour and tour guide I had a wonderful time on this tour with Allen. He and his crew take care of everything from the moment you step out of the airport until the moment you step back into the airport (or hotel). I especially appreciated the wildlife tours and native/local village tours. I would like to come back in the future to do the pacay/samaria tour with him. Highly recommend. Gran experiencia de aventura en la naturaleza Ha sido una experiencia increíble. Hemos tenido la posibilidad de ver delfines rosas, pescar pirañas, bañarnos en el río amazonas, etc. La verdad es que también nos hemos sentido muy cómodos en el lodge y el personal ha estado siempre dispuesto a ayudar en todo. Aventura y experiencia genial La experiencia ha sido genial. Estamos muy agradecidos de haber elegido este tour y haber conocido el Amazonas de su mano. We had the BEST time on our 3 day, 2 night tour. Piero was the most incredible guide, knew all the best spots, and had answers to all of our questions. The communication with the owner was excellent. They provided PLENTY of delicious food at every meal. Highlights of our trip were catching 11 piranhas and visiting monkey island. We also did several walks through the jungle to observe biodiversity and a couple of canoe trips on the lake behind the lodge. We cannot recommend this experience and this company more! So thankful that we chose them for this once in a lifetime experience. Make sure to bring bugspray :)

Hidden Fees on Every Hop Of Stop. We paid $650 per person $2,600 total) for the advertised Hop-On Hop-Off Tour. By the time we finished, our group had spent nearly $4,200 Every time we hopped off at a stop, we were hit with a $30 Landing Fee. Baggage handling cost $40 per bag, and each different guide charged a separate $50 per day Tour Guide Fee. None of these charges were mentioned on the website. Instead of enjoying wildlife, we spent most of the trip calculating unexpected costs. This is not a tour; it's a carefully disguised money trap.

Overpriced and Unsafe: $5,000 Wasted on a Family Trip Our family of five booked a package for $3,200, but our final bill came to a staggering $4,700 . The extras included Jungle Insurance at $80 per person, a "Night Walk Surcharge of $120, and a ridiculous Kids Safety Fee of $150 for my teenagers. To make matters worse, the guide was incompetent and had no first-aid kit. When my son developed a fever, we were charged an additional $250 for "Emergency Medical Assistance. For nearly $5,000, I expected a professional, safe experience, not a money-extortion scheme with unqualified staff. Completely unacceptable.

No Transparency Extra Charges for Pre Paid Transfers We booked a couple's tour for $1,900, which supposedly included a pre-paid transfer from Iquitos airport. Upon arrival, we were charged an extra $180 for a Fuel Surcharge. Our guide was an hour late, and then demanded a $90 "Waiting Charge for keeping us waiting! Our final total came to $2,650 The company's communication was terrible, and they refused to refund any of these bogus fees. A professional operator would clearly list all costs upfront. This felt like a coordinated effort to maximize profits through deception.

The hidden charges included a mandatory National Park Entry Fee ($200), a Speedboat Transfer Surcharge ($150), and a compulsory Guide Tip of $100 per day. Additionally, I was charged $80 for camping gear rental, despite the website clearly stating All-Inclusive. None of these fees were disclosed during booking. Had I known the true cost, I would never have chosen this operator. This is a classic bait-and-switch pricing strategy.
