Top notch surgeon for jaw surgery. Better than expected outcome.Appreciate that Dr. Dhaliwal takes time to answer questions and address concerns. I’m glad that we chose his practice for a major jaw surgery.
After putting off dealing with two broken and decayed molars for far too long, I was referred to Dr. Dhaliwal for extractions and implants. My procrastination was due to some pretty extreme anxiety after a really bad dental experience many years ago in the military. Thankfully, my initial exam and consultation with Dr. Dhaliwal, during which he clearly explained the procedure and answered all my questions, did much to reset my negative expectations.
The staff at Adara has also been great to work with, from helping me and my wife to understand and navigate insurance, coordinating with my PCP for pre-op tests, and making the day of surgery far less intimidating than expected. The surgery team members were not only well-practiced and capable, but also very personable, explaining every step and answering my questions right up to my 'dozing off' for the procedure.
Now one week after my procedure, my post-op experience has been far better than anticipated. I expected several days of significant discomfort, but following Dr. Dhaliwal's prescribed regimen of just ibuprofen and acetaminophen, I've had NO PAIN, whatsoever. Of course, every patient's circumstances are unique, but based on my interactions with the staff, the treatment I received from Dr. Dhaliwal, and the outcome of my procedure, I give Adara my highest recommendation and thanks!
