Great Experience and Excellent After-Sales Service Had a great experience with Anand and the team at Absolute Sound from selection all the way through to installation. When we first met Anand, he was very patient in understanding what we were looking for and took the time to let us experience different sound systems and explain the differences between the various brands. There was no pressure to make a decision, and we appreciated his recommendations based on our needs and home setup. The team also conducted site visits before installation to confirm the speaker placements and work out how the cables could be properly concealed, which made the actual installation process very smooth. What impressed us most was the after-sales service. We encountered a minor manufacturing issue with our AVR after installation, and Anand promptly arranged for an exchange within the week. Throughout the entire process, Anand has been responsive, patient and extremely helpful, always making sure that we were well taken care of. Very happy with both the sound system and the overall experience. Would definitely recommend Anand and the Absolute Sound team!

Klipsch Soundbar 200 series Desmond at Absolute Sound was such a delight to deal with. He recommended the Klipsch Audio 200 series Soundbar with sub woofer and surround speakers and arranged the delivery within a day. I must say that they sound absolutely divine and my living room has transformed into a Theatre with such rich audio output from the speakers. Overall a 10/10 for service and recommending relevant products to customers plus delivery as well.

Anand’s outstanding service standards Anand from Absolute Sound set up MT30’s sound system 4 years ago, and what really stays with me till today is not just his quality of work, but the way he genuinely cares for his clients. Last week, when we had issues with our amplifier, he took the time to patiently guide me over the phone and help me put a temporary fix in place, knowing how important it was for our business to keep running. What touched me most was his care and concern throughout the whole situation. He understood the pain points I was facing, the pressure I was under, and he genuinely wanted to help make things right. He didn’t just stop at giving advice. He went out of his way to deliver another amplifier, test the sound, and make sure everything was working properly again. In situations like this, you really remember the people who show up for you, and Anand did exactly that. After 4 years, his dedication, professionalism, and heart have not changed. Absolute Sound nailed it, big thanks to Anand! I just wrapped up my home reno and finally got my dream home theatre system from Absolute Sound. Honestly, the whole process was way smoother (and way more fun) than I expected, and a lot of that is down to Anand. This guy is seriously good at what he does. He took the time to properly explain speakers, amps, room acoustics—all the stuff I knew nothing about—and made it feel exciting instead of overwhelming. He didn’t just sell me gear; he actually educated me so I could make decisions I felt confident about. What really impressed me was how much thought he put into the planning side. My reno was already underway, and he worked hand-in-hand with me and my interior designer to make sure everything fitted perfectly—no ugly cables showing, speakers placed where they sounded amazing but didn’t mess up the look of the room. Super detailed, super patient, and the integration is flawless. You’d never guess how much tech is hidden in there. Now every time we have friends over, the system is the talking point. Absolute Sound is Elipson's official partner in Singapore. We were having serious problems with the belt on our turntables, so we contacted Elipson's after-sales service in France, and none of them could help us or give us a solution. So we went to Absolute Sound, with our turntable, and met Anand. Anand took the time to examine the turntable, test different solutions, and finally managed to help us! After 1 year of back and forth with Elipson, it was finally Anand who found the solution! Now that's customer service! THIS is customer service! Absolute Sound will become our first choice for all future equipment purchases.

It was really challenging looking for a ‘home theater system’ for our new 4 rooms HDB house, with space constraint cannot be bulky and to aesthetically match our modern contemporary design. We consulted numerous A&V companies with no avail, until we met Anand from Absolute Sound, who listened to our needs & challenges, and recommended the Elipson Planet L Gold Edition, a perfect match! Given the smaller size and unique good look, we thought having to compromise with sound performance, we were surprisingly wrong. My brother who is into hifi, was impressed with the vocal clarity and singing quality sound, my children rewatched a movie with our home theater system and commented that the immersive experience was better than the cinema. We are very happy with the system, setup and calibration, even advised on the design of the TV console, wonderful service from Anand and his team. Also importantly, their pricing is truly reasonable and affordable.
