I'm in a rush to get a new power amplifier because my 'old' one quit on me and I was desperate. So I messaged enquiring about availability of that brand and model. Ms Elaine responded and say she will check on the stock and get back to me. I got my new power amplifier on 15th October, all within 5 days. Really amazing service. Thank you so much, Elaine.
