Anand’s outstanding service standards
Anand from Absolute Sound set up MT30’s sound system 4 years ago, and what really stays with me till today is not just his quality of work, but the way he genuinely cares for his clients. Last week, when we had issues with our amplifier, he took the time to patiently guide me over the phone and help me put a temporary fix in place, knowing how important it was for our business to keep running.
What touched me most was his care and concern throughout the whole situation. He understood the pain points I was facing, the pressure I was under, and he genuinely wanted to help make things right. He didn’t just stop at giving advice. He went out of his way to deliver another amplifier, test the sound, and make sure everything was working properly again.
In situations like this, you really remember the people who show up for you, and Anand did exactly that. After 4 years, his dedication, professionalism, and heart have not changed. I’m deeply grateful for his support, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Anand and Absolute Sound to anyone who values not just excellent service, but people who truly care.
