Great Experience and Excellent After-Sales Service
Had a great experience with Anand and the team at Absolute Sound from selection all the way through to installation.
When we first met Anand, he was very patient in understanding what we were looking for and took the time to let us experience different sound systems and explain the differences between the various brands. There was no pressure to make a decision, and we appreciated his recommendations based on our needs and home setup.
The team also conducted site visits before installation to confirm the speaker placements and work out how the cables could be properly concealed, which made the actual installation process very smooth.
What impressed us most was the after-sales service. We encountered a minor manufacturing issue with our AVR after installation, and Anand promptly arranged for an exchange within the week.
Throughout the entire process, Anand has been responsive, patient and extremely helpful, always making sure that we were well taken care of. Very happy with both the sound system and the overall experience. Would definitely recommend Anand and the Absolute Sound team!
