May not be the cheapest, but are certainly among the best. I decided to ask 3Lance for a quotation for renovation of our two bathrooms after seeing the quality of work Andy’s team performed on a large extension for our son-in-law. I was not disappointed. Our project has run smoothly from the start (with a designer recommended by Andy helping my wife and I to decide what we wanted) to a finished result that is truly exceptional. Aside from the high level of cleanliness maintained throughout, what has impressed me most is that nothing was too much trouble, with my sometimes nit-picking requests being accommodated without complaint. Fantastic service!

Bungalow loft extension and refurbishment Andy and his team completed our project to a very high standard. We had a complex build that included a complete refurbishment but Andy communicated with us regularly and did a fantastic job of project managing the build. He gave some very helpful recommendations for suitable materials and we were very pleased with the small improvements he suggested to our design. His team were polite and worked very hard to deliver a very good finish.

We can honestly say the project has been brilliantly managed and the results are phenomenal. Every member of the team brings a wealth of experience and a very high attention to detail. Our house is Victorian - originally a corner shop - which brought its own issues. The house was in need of some serious TLC. Our desired finish was modern - whilst respecting our property’s origins. This brief has been met to a very high standard. We couldn’t be happier. We have lived on site throughout this project. This has been possible due to the professionalism of the team and their understanding of our day to day needs. The quality of their work is beautiful. They are always think ahead and have helped us make decisions when we felt truly out of our depth. We are grateful to all of them. All aspects of building undertaken - demolition, foundation creation, build, new plumbing and electrics, roof, rendering and redecoration with installation of underfloor heating. Kitchen/living room renovation We had to have quite a lot of work done, including the removal of the chimney down through the main living area, new wall, windows, doors (internal and external) and new kitchen. Andy and his team were all very professional, friendly and courteous and I would be happy to recommend them. There were a few issues/snags but all sorted out - happy customer.

Kitchen and utility extension and fit out Andy from 3 Lance was very helpful in assisting us with the original design of the work. The contractors arrived to start work on the agreed date and generally kept to the envisaged timescales. Andy was readily available to discuss changes to the specification as the project evolved. We were kept appraised of the emerging costs through out. The work was carried out professionally by skilled tradesmen who worked to a high standard. The site was well managed and the intrusion of dust and dirt to the rest of the house was well controlled. Andy and the team have a great sense of humour.
