Positive experience. Niles & Joe were fantastic to work with explaining product & installation options. The owner even made a site visit to meet with us. No detail was overlooked. They were very thorough with what needed to be done. Every contact communicated exceptionally well. The company contacts are very hands on throughout the entire job. The roofing, gutter & paint crews were respectful of the property. They cleaned up afterwords. We changed the roof ventilation to a ridge vs turtle. This had a positive impact on our interior upper floor where excessive heat & cold pockets had been occurring in the attic & unfinished areas. We are appreciative that Kevin Kinder referred us to Open Box. The company worked well with our insurance company for the claim process. I was treated with respect as a woman managing the home project. This is my 3rd experience working with a roofing contractor with multiple residential properties. This by far was the best experience.

These guys are awesome. Niles Hall has been to my place a couple times over past couple years to inspect my roof after storms have come through a I saw neighbors replace or repair their roof. Both times Niles told me my roof was good. I appreciate the honest approach. While here he also talked with a neighbor about his roof issues and is getting them a quote. Awesome customer service with great ethics.

I referred Tom and Open Box to my mother in law. She was needing her roof replaced. She had 3 other contractors out to provide quotes. However, Open Box came in very competitive on pricing and she felt the most comfortable with their explanation of everything. They completed her roof installation in one day and she was very pleased with the quality and cleanup of the project. I would highly recommend Open Box for any of roofing needs.

As an insurance agent, we have the opportunity to work with many roofers. Open Box does a great job working with customers to properly evaluate their roof, avoiding unnecessary claims when there isn’t damage vs just trying to sell everyone a roof. They also do roof repairs and will help customers understand the remaining life on their roof. When a roof replacement is warranted they are efficient and thorough in their work and communication. Truly a company that has the best interest of the customer at the front, highly recommend!

OpenBox Roofing has five stars for reasons: namely, they stand by what they do and they treat their customers like they should. This year, they've replaced my roof and two windows. Not only were their quotes reasonable compared to their competitors, but the work they've done is top notch. More importantly, communications with OpenBox during this project -- which lasted a couple of months -- was stellar. As with any home improvement project, you're bound to go through a few adjustments, and OpenBox was up front about what I could expect, what they found during the course of their work, and what that meant in terms of project completion and final price. I live in a 1940-built bungalow, so I had some surprises during my roof replacement. We took it in stride. I should note, especially, that OpenBox was able to work directly with my insurance company to validate that I had the most resilient shingles I could get installed, so now my annual insurance premium has come down to the point where I'll pay off the difference in materials cost in just three years, and save money beyond that. To me it's a no-brainer, and OpenBox made the correspondence trivial for me. I might have more to do on this house. I'll keep them on the top of my list, and you should, too.

Wow !!! From start to finish true entire crew at Open Box have been an absolute joy to work with. Our first contact with the representative to the ridding care and the site supervisor has been a most wonderful journey. I’ve never worked with a company that has literally taken me by the hand so to speak and walked me through each step of battling a tough Insurance company such as State Farm Open box never gave up even though it took nearly three months to achieve the result of a total roof replacement by insurance. The next step was the selection of shingle products and colors, it came down to choosing cold weather shingle for the best application in December and the longest lasting for cold temperatures. The products were delivered a day before at the exact time spoken and the crew arrived to our home early the next morning to begin the project. The crew was so very polite and professional. The roof looks excellent and bless ther hears so much For working on such a cold day. They were very appreciative of being able to come inside when needed and lunch. They deserved way more. The site manager was the best. His personality and professionalism was beyond our expectations and the amazing part was also the fact that he was outside with his crew the entire time. Thank you to all team Members of Opeen Box Roofing for being the absolute best in the business. We appreciate you all more than you will ever know for making our home better, safer and protecting it for the long haul with an absolutely durable and beautiful new roof !!!!!’
