The windows were installed all in one day. The crew was very professional and cleaned up afterwards, to the point we only found 1 small piece of glass missed. The windows are great and would definitely recommend The Window Source to others.

We had 23 windows replaced. One of the window had a mechanical issue which they took care of in a timely matter at no cost to us. The windows have made a big difference in our home with looks and comfort. The whole team at window source is great!

We had a great experience with the whole team from the salesman to the installers! The installers did such an awesome job, took their time and was very safe. There was literally no mess left behind at all which is surprising working with glass. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the warranty that comes with the install. My husband and I are obsessed with our new windows from The Window Source!! They were delivered in a very short time frame and only took a day to install. Great install crew - very clean, efficient, and paid attention to detail when sealing everything off. Great communication from Luis and his crew. The process was so easy working with our salesperson, Collin, and owner, David Mallette. We’ve been renovating our 80’s farmhouse and were in desperate need of an upgrade. We are thrilled with the service and windows provided by The Window Source. The sales rep that we invited into our home was very knowledgeable and gave NO PRESSURE to buy. The installation team was outstanding. They were at work within 5 minutes of getting there. Each window fits perfectly. They protected the floors, covered the furniture, and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this company to anyone who will listen.

Met with Sales Director TJ today to discuss issues that prevented installation of our replacement front and rear doors that were to be installed a couple of weeks ago. The meeting was arranged by Project Manager Austin as a result of Installer Louis' astute identification of the issues he found before beginning the installation. The issues seem to have been a result of misunderstandings/miscommunications during the Sales Consultation a few weeks prior. No harm, no foul - mistakes happen. Kudos and thanks to Louis, Austin and TJ for their excellent teamwork in resolution of the issues. We look forward to the installation of our new doors!

Amazing work and window quality! I got several quotes, and Jairo was the only one who brought samples and took the time to give us a demonstration.
The office stayed in communication with me every step of the way. They showed up for every appointment scheduled and thwy were always on time. Edwin’s installation team worked quickly and professionally. Anything they had to move (furniture, curtains, blinds) they put right back. They also did a great job cleaning up afterward.
Overall, a really smooth experience from start to finish. I’m very happy with choosing The Window Source of Houston!

Replacing my parents' original builder-grade windows in their 25+ year old home was one of the best investments they've made. The entire process was easy and straightforward, and the installation crew was professional, courteous, and left everything spotless.
Their old windows had broken seals, cloudy glass, and most wouldn't even open. The new windows have completely transformed their home. They've already noticed lower electric bills, less outside noise, and a cooler, more comfortable home that's much easier to keep at a consistent temperature. They also upgraded to bronze exterior windows and removed the SDL bars, giving the home a cleaner, more modern look that beautifully complements the brick and stone.
My parents are thrilled with the results and couldn't be happier with the quality, service, and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!

The 16 replacement windows were installed in less than a day, about 7 hours. The workers first provided dust protection plastic sheeting over all the interior furniture, counters and on the outside only a few places were needed it. They only had a few windows open at a time so when it got hot outside I stayed in a back room with a TV. The workers were friendly and very professional. You could tell they had done this work before. I had some finished millwork in 2 of the rooms that they trimmed neatly to fit the windows. The windstorm inspector came about midway and later I got his report and the Texas Windstorm Certification. I also met the owner of Window Source David Mallette, as they finished up. I am very pleased with new storm proof windows. I also received the lifetime warranties.
