After a tree limb hit the roof of my 5 yr old home it caused a medium size hole in the roof. I contacted 314 Roofing to evaluate the roof for a repair. A representative come out, take a look, and give me an estimate for the repair. The price for the repair was doable, and I asked for a quote for gutters. The representative suggested a roof maintenance. He explained what the roof maintenance covered and I agreed to include the package. Well, from that day to this one, I'm standing in a $1420.86 pile of regret. The gutters... I choose a mesh type that had a nice design. The gutter guard installers took two weeks past the install date to put them in, but get this, recycled the old gutters guards in with the new mesh gutter guards. The gutter guards look a mess! Two different types of gutter guards slapped together (my old and the new), gaps in the install, and smashed in mesh all around my home. I had this puddle of water after every rain. Engaged 314 Roofing. They proposed a roof maintenance. This happened back in October 2025 the maintenance. I figured after maintenance I continued with thing it was resolved. Hadn't really checked util it started raining hard in Houston in Julyish...for some reason decied to check and noticed the same puddling of water on my hvac in my attick collecting. I reported back this. And they were kind enough to come back and did a focused water tests on the area. Found the issue and resolved my issue. Such a stress releif. Water issues are the worst thing to run experience at the home..and just brings out the worst stess in me. All I have to say is sincerely thank you so much for coming back and assisting me on this. Thanks Monica and team for taking care of me.

I’m inexperienced with home ownership and was nervous to get gutters put on and have the roof evaluated. Randy and Carlos (and their team) did an amazing job! Randy was kind, showed photos, had great explanations, and seemed very down to earth and not at all sales-like. There was never anything that made me think that I was being offered anything other than exactly what I wanted and needed. The crew did an amazing job and the Project Manager kept me abreast of the progress throughout the day. The crew was able to remove my old roof and finish the installation in 1 day. It was very impressive. Clean up went very well with a follow-up to run the magnet the next day as well. Outside of a little debris from the old roof and a soda bottle and can in my pool skimmer, the entire cleanup was great. I highly recommend this team for anyone seeking quality sales and service teams.

From the initial photo and video problem review meeting to repair and before and after photography 314 managed the repair process with maximum efficiency. I would have liked to have had an after repair meeting but other than that I have confidence that my home is safe from future leaks under non-hurricane conditions.

The experience of using 314 Roofing Solutions was phenomenal from start to finish. Our sales representative was Tad Patschke. Tad came to our home to complete a thorough inspection of our roof. Roof needed to be replaced due to storm damages. Information needed for the insurance claim was provided in a prompt manner. Replacement date was schedule, however had to be rescheduled due to expected rain communication regarding this was timely. When replacement date came the work crew worked in a timely fashion very respectful and were extremely tidy. The team explained the process well. The next day came back to ensure no nails were left in the front or the rear of our home. I would recommend this company to anyone. 314 Roofing Solutions Thank you so much for your work!!
