We needed some maintenance on our roof, and after getting several inspections and estimates, we chose 314 Roofing. From the start, there was no pressure—everything was clearly explained, and all of our questions were answered thoroughly.
They stood out as the most professional and detail-oriented company we spoke with. I especially appreciated that they provided before-and-after photos of the completed work, which gave us extra confidence in the results.
Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend them.
The experience of using 314 Roofing Solutions was phenomenal from start to finish. Our sales representative was Tad Patschke. Tad came to our home to complete a thorough inspection of our roof. Roof needed to be replaced due to storm damages. Information needed for the insurance claim was provided in a prompt manner. Replacement date was schedule, however had to be rescheduled due to expected rain communication regarding this was timely. When replacement date came the work crew worked in a timely fashion very respectful and were extremely tidy. The team explained the process well. The next day came back to ensure no nails were left in the front or the rear of our home. I would recommend this company to anyone. 314 Roofing Solutions Thank you so much for your work!!

I'm sharing this review because I am very, very disappointed post-roof replacement. We just found ANOTHER leak after our complete roof replacement. We had the attic fans installed (on their recommendation) and both obviously were not installed correctly because that is where the leaks are coming from. We just had a paint job done & now my ceiling has leak marks. I would not recommend this company anymore.
THE ROOFER WAS SO KIND AND ON TOP OF HIS GAME HE KNEW JUST WHAT TO DO AND DID IT GREAT CLEAN UP HE NEVER PUT THE LADDER ON MY FLOWERS WE REALLY LIKE HIM.
My builder skipped on $7 roof flashing that left me with a ridiculously costly leak. 314 Roofing provided layman’s explanation of damage, transparent pricing and photos at every step throughout the 1-day extensive repair. I checked their estimate with my private insurance adjuster and he recommended to move forward with them, quickly and without negotiation as it was such a fair, up-front estimate.
I had 314 Roofing come by to complete a quick inspection on the roof after i saw leakage in my attic due to rainwater. Randy did a full inspection and kept it honest in what was wrong with my roof. He even recommended some repair that was not needed but would help the lifespan of the roof and did not force or push a full on roof repair. The price for the repair was below what I expected and was happy to get it scheduled, 314 accommodated a time that worked best for me.
The repair tech came earlier than the scheduled time which worked better for me, and was respectful to my roof and property. He worked all day to get the roof done.
Monica kept me informed during the whole process and was responsive to all my text messages even messaging me off hours to answer a question i had. They send a report with pictures after the work is complete as well.
Had a great experience and will be utilizing them for any future work i may need. Fully recommend them for any work.
This experience is solely from my phone interaction on 3/27/26. I called to get a quote on my home for a skylight sealant service. The receptionist who answered was one of the rudest individuals I have encountered from a seemingly professional organization. As someone who needed a bit of guidance to help navigate my roofing issue, she impolitely rushed me off the phone and acted as if my clarification questions were annoying her when I mentioned that I have a 4th story roof and her company could not service it. Being someone in sales, this is absolutely unacceptable - you never rush the customer off the phone, sound annoyed, or act as if they are a bother just because you can't make a sale off of them. Do better.

Great customer service! Monica was helpful and a delight to speak with on the phone. Everyone there seemed to care about what they were doing. I hope that I don't ever need any roofing service again, but if I do, they'll be the first ones that I call.
My experience from the beginning to the end was top notch customer service. Monica was attentive to my needs and what I was up against time wise. The inspection, repair work, and quotes for a new roof were all completed in a weeks time. I have already signed a contract for the new roof to be installed in the coming months. Complete peace of mind as a property manager and owner.
Service was excellent from when I called to get an estimate until the end of the project. Tad was very helpful and informative. I did not feel pressured in any way. The work was scheduled really quickly. The time the crew took to replace our entire roof took half a day. I liked how the crew covered our home to avoid damage and the cleanup afterwards was thorough. I highly recommend!

Overall, my experience with 314 Roofing’s operations and sales team was fine. Burke was a pleasure to work with—very responsive, helpful, and even pointed out an issue unrelated to my roof repair/maintenance, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, there were multiple scheduling and communication issues. I was scheduled for a specific day, but the repair team arrived well before the scheduled date with no prior notice, and this happened twice.
The scope of work included sealing all vent boots, replacing a few damaged shingles, and resealing all gutter corners. While this was a relatively small job, the price was not inexpensive, so expectations were higher. After the first visit, I inspected the two main issues that prompted the additional recommendations and found that neither had been completed. The vent boot was still not sealed (I could see light from the attic), and the leaking gutter corner was still leaking.
I contacted Burke, who responded immediately and had the team return. The vent boot was fixed, but as of the date of this review, the gutter is still leaking.
I’m not sure if the repair crews are subcontractors, but quality control appears to be inconsistent. While the office-side experience was solid, the execution in the field did not fully align with expectations.
I plan to eventually replace the roof with a low-maintenance system, but based on this experience, I may consider other options when that time comes.
