I just wanted to share my experience with the window source of the Carolinas. I had them replace all the windows in my house over 5 years ago and the job was amazing from meeting Greg for the initial estimate. His knowledge, professionalism, and politeness sold me on the spot. The installers were friendly, professional and all around A+ installers. Over the years I have had minor problems with my sliding door and screen which The Window Source team handled with no questions asked because of their LIFETIME WARRANTY. Most companies that offer LIFETIME WARRANTIES always have stipulations where it winds up not covered but low and behold here recently my screen door rollers gave out and I had to make 1 call to Greg and his team showed a few pictures of the problem I was having they advised me they will have to order the parts. It took a few days to get the parts due to they were custom made for me. Not only did they come through with the parts I was not available during their installation times they delivered the parts to my house sent me Picts where they left them and coached me through the installation. What an amazing company. I would not recommend any other window company but THE WINDOW SOURCE when they say I got you covered they mean it. Thank you again for such professional service Ray Schreiner

We had a wonderful experience with The Window Source of the Carolinas. After severe storm damage during Hurricane Helene, we needed new storm doors and windows. Scheduling was easy, communication was consistent & with no sales pressure; when installation day arrived, the crew showed up on time and were extremely friendly while finishing the job in half a day with excellent clean-up. The work is beyond stunning and quality beautiful. The doors and keys were provided and explained. Touch up paint was provided. I am thoroughly impressed and look forward to hiring them for our future home window and door projects.

Great experience from start to finish. Windows were delivered and installed in the time promised.Salesman was very informative and answered all our questions. The windows were installed by Gabriel and his crew in what I considered record time. These guys worked from the minute they arrived until they left. They all work together as a good as a well oiled machine Our little 36 year old home just shines inside and out. They cleaned up after themselves. I just can't praise their work enough. We are a 78 and 82 year old couple.

If you are shopping for new windows stop here. After receiving a quote from Renewal by Anderson (laughably expensive), I decided to work with a local window company. Window Source had the highest rating so I thought I'd give them a shot and they deserve the praise. Sales team is quick to respond and knowledgeable about products. No up sales or pushing to any particular brand, just be honest about what you are looking for and your price range and they will have a recommendation. But the real stars of the show are the installers. They will treat your house like it is their own grandmothers. Incredibly thorough and professional.

We had windows installed today by the window source and it was a great experience from start to finish. Theres no drawn out 4 hour sales pitch here; just straight forward pricing and product discussion. Pricing and financing options were extremely fair. As soon as the windows arrived they were quick to schedule installation. Gabriel and his team were extremely professional and clearly took pride in their work. They checked in periodically to see if we had any questions or concerns. Overall extremely happy with the experience and windows. I would recommend them to anyone who needs new windows.

Gabriel and his crew were awesome. They installed 29 windows in my home today. The windows are beautiful. They’ve sparkled up my home inside and out. The installers never stopped working and removed and cleaned up every surface. I had gotten estimates from four window companies, and The Window Source of Carolina’s price beat them all, and their quality and warranty can’t be beat. Each window is tagged with its individual number, so if there’s ever a problem, they know the window’s specifications for remediation. So clever. They’ve been named BEST by the Charlotte Observer three years in a row. Now, I can see why. From start to finish, everyone associated with this local, small business was professional, courteous, conscientious, just plain great. I’m so glad I went with The Window Source. Laura Greeley

LOVE this company! The windows are comparable in quality to the more expensive Renewal by Anderson ones at about a third (or less) of the cost. Each person I dealt with was timely, professional, and kind. Gabriel and his team installed 5 beautiful new windows for us in 30 minutes! The rest of the time was spent cleaning up. His personality is tops and we will definitely be hiring them in the future when we get the rest of the house done.
