If I could give 10 stars, I would. These guys are fantastic!! From the time Mike came to do the estimate until the windows were finished, it was a great experience. Mike answered so many questions, showed an example of the product and even pointed out things that I had not considered. I have a 100 year old house and he helped me pick windows in keeping with the style and age of the house. The installation crew was wonderful. Showed up on time and they were so polite. They barely made any mess and, what little there was, they cleaned up. The windows were beautifully installed. Fit like a glove, excellent trim work and caulking. Now my house is more energy efficient and much quieter. I totally recommend this company and these guys. You will not be disappointed with their work or their products!!

Our windows are builder grade from 1984 and we’re in DESPERATE need of being replaced.
Michael came and gave us a quote to replace the windows and never hassled us to get scheduled. As soon as we were ready to move forward, he came out two days later to measure and get the windows ordered. The windows came in sooner than expected and he scheduled us that week! His team has been expedient, polite, thorough and helpful. They’ve answered any questions, worked ahead of schedule, and even have my dog and cats pets!

We had been needing window replacement for our home for quite some time here in West Columbia, SC. We reached out to get several quotes from other local companies, which were outrageously expensive. We called Michael Sharpe at Window Source of Augusta. Within a day, Michael travelled all the way from Augusta, surveyed what we needed, and gave us a remarkably affordable quote that beat out all other local window company quotes by thousands cheaper! Michael took his time to explain the different options we could get, showed us exact samples, and promised that they could complete the work all within a day. We were so impressed, we signed a contract on the spot. It took a few weeks for the specialty windows and door to be ready for installation, and Michael kept us informed on when they were delivered and ready for installation. On the morning of installation, an entire crew from Window Source travelled from Augusta, ready to work. The crew worked non-stop the entire day, and paid so much attention to every detail in ensuring the windows and and door fit perfectly. The icing on the top of the cake was that the crew cleaned up any residual mess that accumulated during installation (they even vacuumed, swept, and reinstalled blinds!). At the end of the day, the crew took us around our house and explained in detail every part of installation, and to ensure our complete satisfaction. And to everyone reading this, we are 110% satisfied: the windows themselves, the installation, and the positively genuine attitude everyone had in making sure we were happy. Great people, great service! Did a WONDERFUL job redoing my mothers windows and did great redoing my siding, fascia and windows that were poorly installed the first time by another company. My experience with The Window Source:
I contacted The Window Source in July for a quote to replace 6 windows on the back of my house (damage to a window by Hurricane Helen). Michael came by July 21st. Michael was nice and professional. He provided me a quote for what I asked for. He did not push me to have all my windows replaced (like another company). I thought about everything and contacted Michael concerning installing all my windows. Michael answered all my questions concerning the process of installing, warranty and shipping of the windows. I thought about it and contacted Michael August 7th and informed him I would like to move forward. August 11th Michael was scheduled to come by 3:30 pm to measure all my windows. At 3:28pm he called to let me know he was running late (good communication). At that time when he came by with Steven, I had two dogs at the time. My 12 windows came in on September 24th and I scheduled for the installation on September 29th. That morning Michael texted me to say the installers were on their way and provided me the names of the installers. The installers came and were friendly and professional. Under the kitchen window I had wood damage from water. Michael did not pressure me to have them fix it. He gave me an option of his company fixing it or getting a quote from someone else. I felt comfortable with Michael and allowed Window Source to fix the issue. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure all the windows were clean and pristine. They made sure to put my blinds or curtains back up after they were done. I was very touched when Steven gave condolences about me losing one of my fur babies (he remembered I had two when he came to measure my windows). I love my windows. I loved the professionalism from The Window Source Company so much that I asked Michael to replace my storm door and entry door. October 24th my doors were replaced and of course great service provided. November, I asked Michael about my storm door in the front of my house and shutters and that was completed December 15th. Very happy customer.
I was incredibly impressed with the excellent service and professionalism. I made the decision in August and received my windows in September. I believe that was fast service for window installation. I appreciate the exceptional communication. Thank you for being such a reliable company. The best service from a company I have had in a long time. If you are looking for windows, I encourage you to get your windows done by The Window source.
