Will's installed a gas tankless water heater for me seven years ago and I have loved it. Troy, a master plumber, came to change the filter and clean the burners. Will's is an expert Rinnai service company. Professional, friendly, and very clear communication on the process and costs. NEW — Aaron and Jacob came to perform the annual service (2026). Everything in this previous review still stands! They were just excellent to work with. NEW -- There was a glitch with the previous job, which resulted in a small leak. The guys took care of it immediately. Service recovery is so important!!! NEW -- During the process of getting a new metal roof, the venting to my water heater was disconnected, resulting in no hot water for several days. Marc (master plumber) was the genius who figured out the problem and was able to fix it in concert with the roofing company. I so appreciate his knowledge and problem-solving acumen.

I called to report a gas control valve error on one of my water heaters. Zachary Russell was the tradesman assigned to my case. He was prompt and courteous and immediately confirmed the issue. He patiently answered all my questions and gave me options for the repair. Unfortunately, due to the age of my heater and house, he encountered a couple of additional issues which he explained and resolved. In addition to the gas control valve he recommended replacing the old expansion tank while he was working on the heater. Then he discovered that the old gas shut-off valve was inoperative. He was able to replace the valve without having to shut off gas to the whole house which saved me the expense of relighting all the other pilot lights in the house. He also discovered that the original pressure reducing valve was not functioning anymore. His professional attention to detail saved me at least 2 or 3 future service calls and possible significant household catastrophes.

Had a great experience getting my shower valve repaired by Zach. He arrived on time, took a look at the issue, gave me a repair estimate (which was very reasonable), and then got to work on the repair. After the work was done, Zach cleaned up after himself and made good recommendations for future work. Perfect Experiance! 10/10. I had called Will's on a Friday after having a couple other plumbers flake out on me for an issue with my hot water heater at my business. They scheduled a couple gentlemen out within a few hours and they were so professional and clear in communication. They gave me a quote upfront for the work and options - which were all super fair. They completed the work super fast, and make sure I was 100% satisfied before the left. I will be using Will's for all my plumbing needs moving forward. Finding honest, reliable plumbers is not easy so I am happy I somehow stumbled upon Will's Plumbing & Testing!

Wills Plumbing and Testing Services was called yesterday for a new kitchen faucet, garbage disposal and RO hook up. I was lucky to find out they had a tech available for the following day. Communication between the company and myself was very prompt and effective, something that is certainly missing with other like businesses. Rig the tech showed up having sent me text earlier in the morning letting me know he was leaving and what time we should expect him. He showed up on time. Texted to let us know he was here. Wow! Great Start… The tech Rigo came in looked at job scope, took some notes provide a quote for work. Quote looked good so the work started. Rigo was very professional, came in our home with shoe covers, bucket for trash and his tools. From start to finish he kept me informed of what he was doing. In the end everything was function tested. He then went over each item installed and provided general maintenance tips. He left our kitchen free of debris and trash. This is the second time I have used this company and once again they provided 5 star service. If you want great quality of service and a tech who is exceptional call Will’s Plumping!

Wills Plumbing Tech communicated well for arrival and once on site, explained the issue and was informative on how he was going to repair the leak. I had another plumbing company repair a prior leak and was over charged for that repair (AAA). Should have called Wills first. Excellent service and reasonable cost. Very pleased with their service and have used them in the past. Will use them again!

We have been utilizing Will's plumbing and testing service for 3-4 years. Their work has included a major excavation to remove roots and install a double clean out system. Other visits done were things like faucet replacement, hot water heating maintenance, on/off faucet cartridge changes, etc. All the service personnel have been consistently courteous, knowledgeable, and competent. Would definitely recommend!!

They charged $800 to install an Aquasana water filter and sent a trainee to complete the work. When he arrived, I had to show him the installation video, and it took him eight hours to complete the job. He also needed me to provide washers and used my dolly to move things around. Edit: The installation instructions and video are available on the Aquasana website. You shouldn’t have signed your company up as an installer on their website if you don’t know how to complete the installation. My time is worth something too, and there should have been a discount for wasting my time and also requiring a second visit.

Because the system did not include installation instructions, our licensed plumbing technician took additional time to review the manufacturer’s installation guidance and make sure the system was installed correctly.

Although the job required considerably more time than expected, we honored our quoted price and did not charge you for the additional labor. Our priority was to leave you with a clean, secure and properly supported installation, with the piping installed plumb and professionally.

We appreciate your patience during the installation and your feedback. We continually use experiences like this to improve our preparation and service for specialty customer-supplied equipment.

Excellence comes at a cost We have two tankless water heaters and have always gone with Wills Plumbing, as they have provided excellent service and are professional to date. However, this year the cost doubled to over $1000 when last year was around $650 which is quite a steep increase for us… We likely will not be able afford your service anymore because we all have a breaking point and this is over our threshold - but thank you for the reminder calls once a year for Maintenence. Sad to depart ways but we cannot afford to stay!
