Worst Customer Service
I placed an order and they sent me the wrong item. Sarah at customer service said I needed to fill out an online form saying I received an incorrect item, and then she'd send me a shipping label, and then once I dropped it off at a local UPS store, they'd ship out the item I actually ordered. I notified customer service that I dropped it off and then of course nobody can respond to me. A week later, Sarah replied and said she would work on preparing the item I paid for, and still don't have, for shipment. More days go by and then I finally get a shipping notification. FOR THE SAME ITEM I JUST MAILED BACK TO THEM THAT I DID NOT ORDER.
I emailed customer service immediately to tell them it was the wrong item (after the missing item that I still need was mentioned in all my previous correspondence). Of course, days go by again before I get a response. Which is Sarah, telling me that I'll have to let her know when I receive so she can send me a return shipping label. And I'll have to go out of my way a SECOND time to drop something off that I didn't order and that their team made a mistake. Are you kidding me? Why do I have to keep doing all the work when their team is the one that keeps screwing up? At this point you should schedule a pickup from my house, and have the other item shipping to me at the same time that I DID order and am still missing. Now I have a birthday party for my niece this weekend, and no gift to give her.
I have no words for the completely unprofessional lack of customer support in this case after mistakes made repeatedly by their team. Order at your own risk or order a knock off from a location that actually acts like they care and does right by the customer.

Pathetic customer service and return policy is rubbish you have to pay like £6 which is ridicules postage you have to pay .

Awful company
Item went missing and the company couldn’t care less. They responded to 1 email saying they would look into it and that’s it. I’ve sent numerous and they’ve ignored every single one also the live chat is useless. The kept asking me to send a photo of the missing item?! Absolute shocking company. I’m out of pocket and have an upset daughter who wanted a hoodie for her birthday! AVOID!!!!

Unwilling to help or support
The support I had for my query was non-existent. They didn’t care about me as a customer or how they could actually help me. I tried to explain my situation over and over again but it fell on deaf ears. The opening times also made this very difficult. I never ended with any form of resolution and in the end had to purchase different items to try and get close to the cost I should have been paying with the SHOP30 promotion. Not a great experience and had my 13 year old daughter not been so keen on this for her birthday I wouldn’t have purchased at all.

poor quality products
I purchased 2 products from White fox and they took over 2 months to arrive with significant customs charges. The quality was very low and the seams came apart after only 3-4 times worn even after washing on the delicate cycle in cold water and hanging to dry!

Don’t deal with Whitefox
The lack of care and consideration was evident throughout the entire process. Emails were dismissive, and there was no sense of urgency or accountability. It felt like my issue was an afterthought to them.
I expected better from a company like Whitefox, but their poor communication and unprofessionalism left me frustrated and undervalued as a customer.

It’s amusing that you claim different designers and suppliers construct your garments, making it impossible to provide specific measurements, yet all the hoodies are identical in size. Even worse, the lack of quality control is glaring—one hoodie is listed as XS/S but has an S/M tag attached, which you didn’t even bother to acknowledge. That brings me right back to the issue of your sizing errors.
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. The fact that you can dismiss legitimate concerns so easily is unbelievable. I won’t waste any more time expecting accountability from a company that clearly doesn’t care.

Ripped off by missing items
My daughter is distraught after using her Christmas money to buy from this business. She spent £39 on two items and only one was received in her parcel. The company took 30 days to respond and came back saying their stock take was in balance so no item was unaccounted for so no refund would be issued. I have helped her email asking again, I will update on the outcome, but I would be cautious using a business with such terrible customer service.
Poor customer service
Stay well clear of White Fox / believe the poor reviews. Clothes maybe be cool but if you ever attempt to return items they are an absolute nightmare! Over 3 weeks since confirmation of returned item received yet still no credit note, with zero response from customer service from numerous emails sent - as they won’t provide a telephone number to speak to someone.

Terrible quality
Absolutely terrible product and customer service. I can't believe they've created a hoodie that is hand wash only for a start. Even after hand wash at 30 degs, inside out, the font still bubbled and peeled off. Complete waste of money. I have no idea how their products sell so well and can only assume those with font still in tact after washing are counterfeit. When the counterfeit products are better quality than the genuine you know something is off! 😂🤦Please save your money!

Terrible after sales service and do not appear to follow UK law for faulty goods.
Terrible, shocking lack of after sales service and try to refuse returns of faulty items outside of 14 days in complete ignorance of UK consumer law even after Christmas. Do not return emails and only interact on the Web chat after 10.00 pm. The company seem to hold UK customers in complete distaste. I am shocked that with the profits they must be making they cannot offer a higher level of care for their UK customers. Shame on you White Fox you have a lot of loyal young customers that you are frankly completely letting down. Despite first contacting you on the 25th December I still have not been contacted about returning a FAULTY ITEM. Under UK consumer law I have 6 months to do so....not 14 days.

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering a gift for my granddaughter. Ordered in November...of course they took the money the day after I placed the order. To date no delivery, no response from emails I've sent. Save your money!!!!

Impossible to get in touch with
My 12 year old daughter loves this brand. Out of a three purchases, two have been a pain. One, I did not get because it was delivered to the wrong address. The second one Has taken four weeks and I still have not gotten it. What Frustrates me is how difficult it is to get in touch with a representative and how long they take to respond back, but even worse to resolve any issue. The worst customer service ever and the only way to get in touch with them is via email.
