Even worse, the lack of quality control is glaring—one hoodie is listed as XS/S but has an S/M tag attached, which you didn’t even bother to acknowledge. That brings me right back to the issue of your sizing errors. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. The fact that you can dismiss legitimate concerns so easily is unbelievable. I won’t waste any more time expecting accountability from a company that clearly doesn’t care.
