Worst Customer Service I placed an order and they sent me the wrong item. Sarah at customer service said I needed to fill out an online form saying I received an incorrect item, and then she'd send me a shipping label, and then once I dropped it off at a local UPS store, they'd ship out the item I actually ordered. I notified customer service that I dropped it off and then of course nobody can respond to me. A week later, Sarah replied and said she would work on preparing the item I paid for, and still don't have, for shipment. More days go by and then I finally get a shipping notification. FOR THE SAME ITEM I JUST MAILED BACK TO THEM THAT I DID NOT ORDER. I emailed customer service immediately to tell them it was the wrong item (after the missing item that I still need was mentioned in all my previous correspondence). Of course, days go by again before I get a response. Which is Sarah, telling me that I'll have to let her know when I receive so she can send me a return shipping label. And I'll have to go out of my way a SECOND time to drop something off that I didn't order and that their team made a mistake. Are you kidding me? Why do I have to keep doing all the work when their team is the one that keeps screwing up? At this point you should schedule a pickup from my house, and have the other item shipping to me at the same time that I DID order and am still missing. Now I have a birthday party for my niece this weekend, and no gift to give her. I have no words for the completely unprofessional lack of customer support in this case after mistakes made repeatedly by their team. Order at your own risk or order a knock off from a location that actually acts like they care and does right by the customer.
