☺This place is amazing. It looks like mini castle and actually we were living in room next to museum. Position next to Cecina is perfect it is near to beaches you want (yeah you need car for that but on the other hand you have private place). There are swimming pools, normal and for smallest kids. Those are on a perfect place with perfect view from it, surrounded be sand stones. Garden is perfect, again you can take you your breakfast outside and you are watching see, i loved it. There are also places for barbecue, you can arrange at evening. Place for kids, place for petanque. I loved the atmosphere there and i am pretty sure i will try to come back.

☺Bellissima struttura immersa nel verde a pochi passi dal centro di Guardistallo, dove ci sono bar e ottimi ristoranti. Abbiamo scelto Villa Elena per la prima vacanza con la nostra bimba di 8 mesi e i nostri 2 gatti. Siamo stati accolti tutti quanti come in famiglia! Abbiamo trovato culla e seggiolone in appartamento e i nostri gatti sono stati accolti come ospiti speciali!
Serena davvero una super host e tutti i membri dello staff super gentili, disponibili per consigli e per fare due chiacchiere. La posizione è perfetta per visitare città, borghi caratteristici e godere del mare. Splendida anche la zona piscina con lettini e ombrelloni.

Words cannot describe what an incredible villa this is! Even before our arrival, communication with the owner was easy and she was extremely responsive and helpful.
As soon as we arrived, we felt transported into a true Tuscan atmosphere that we will never forget! We highly recommend this place to anyone wondering whether to stay here — you will be absolutely charmed by this beautiful villa and its breathtaking, one-of-a-kind views!

☺Mooi, authentieke villa in Toscane dichtbij klein Toscaans dorpje. Prachtige uitzichten. Tien minuten rijden vanaf het strand is gunstig.
☹Het zwembad is wel wat aan de kleine kant, maar fijn dat er een klein badje is voor kinderen. Prachtig aangelegde tuinen en veel barbeque mogelijkheden.

☺Chcielibyśmy serdecznie podziękować Rezydencji Elena za wspaniały pobyt. To było miejsce, do którego z przyjemnością będziemy wracać.
Apartament był przestronny, pięknie urządzony i doskonale wyposażony – znajdowało się w nim wszystko, czego można potrzebować podczas wakacji. Pokoje były wręcz królewskie, a balkon z widokiem na morze i przepiękny ogród zachwycał każdego dnia. W całym apartamencie panowała wzorowa czystość.
Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje właścicielka – to prawdziwy anioł. Jest niezwykle serdeczna, życzliwa i zawsze gotowa do pomocy. Podczas naszego pobytu zepsuł się nam samochód. Pomogła nam znaleźć mechanika, pojechała z nami na zakupy i otoczyła nas ogromną troską. Jesteśmy jej niezwykle wdzięczni za wsparcie i dobroć, które okazała naszej rodzinie.
Nasze dzieci również były zachwycone – codziennie korzystały z basenu i świetnie się bawiły. Dodatkowym atutem jest doskonała lokalizacja – do plaży można dojść w około 10 minut.
Z całego serca polecamy Rezydencję Elena wszystkim, którzy szukają komfortowego, pięknego miejsca z wyjątkową atmosferą i gospodarzem o wielkim sercu. Na pewno jeszcze tu wrócimy!

☺Fantastische locatie op een heuvel gelegen, prachtige tuin en villa. Heel geschikt voor gezinnen, goed zwembad en faciliteiten. De appartementen zijn comfortabel, wij hadden nr 60 aan de tuin met balkon met prachtig uitzicht over de zee. Gelukkig hadden we airco. Serena was heel behulpzaam.
☹Het sofabed is geschikt voor kleinere kinderen maar minder geschikt voor grote tieners.

Wir haben zwei Wochen Sommerferien in der Villa Elena verbingen dürfen. Wer noch typisches Italien Feeling haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Abseits vom Massentourismus eine kleine Oase um sich rundum wohlzufühlen. Die Wohnungen sind rustikal und typisch italienisch eingerichtet, der Garten ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich gestaltet, der Ort Guardistallo ist klein aber es hat alles was man benötigt. Am Morgen gibt es einen feinen Capuccino und am Abend leckeres Essen inmitten der Piazza. Unsere Gastgeberin Serena hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns in den zwei Wochen optimal und sehr persönlich betreut. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und können diesen Ort nur weiterempfehlen.🙂

☺Very friendly host, relaxing and well-maintained grounds, outdoor seating and grill areas everywhere. Plenty of pool seating. It's a short walk to the town center and very accessible drive to the coast and many lovely towns and cities.
