Devin provided a comprehensive maintenance visit! He also gave us information on air quality that is helpful.
Honest, helpful, timely and no hidden costs. Arron was thorough and professional. Cost was way lower than quoted by another local company. Very accommodating . Thanks đź‘Ť AAA report card!
Jeff showed up and within 5min had my plumbing problem diagnosed and said he could fix it quickly once he got the correct part. He left and returned about 20min later with the correct part and swapped it out in under an hour. He was very respectful, removed his boots outside of the house, and always asked before he moved around the house. The date he wrote on the part and the business card he left me is the only evidence that he was here. đź‘Ť
We had a clogged drain that needed to be taken care of and we were very happy with the plumbing service we received. The plumber that came to our house was named Jeff and he was professional friendly, and explained what was needed before getting started. I would definitely recommend this plumbing service to anyone needing reliable and professional work.
Ashley was very professional and knowledgeable about our furnace. She showed up on time, promptly provided the required service and suggested additional services we may need. Thanks Ashley and Vernon AC
I would have given Ashley a 5 star ratining but woke up this morning and was a little cool in the house. No heat checked the thermostate would not turn furnace on so go to furnace found the problem the furnace was turned off at the furnace. now we have a working furnace again,

We recently had our furnace replaced by Vernon Air conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical and we couldn't be happier. The team did a very efficient job. They took care not to damage anything and cleaned up after the job was done. They were quick and thorough as well as very friendly. We highly recommend Matt Pord, Ashley West and Andrew Nunes for their fast, friendly and very knowledgeable service

Best company ever to deal with! Everyone we’ve had here that’s worked on our house has been fantastic. Most recently, we had Devin come inspect our furnace - he found out it wasn’t even set up properly, and he fixed it - I had no idea it wasn’t working at full capacity! It’s this kind of friendly no-pressure expertise that keeps me coming back!

Vernon AC came to my place to troubleshoot our broken heat pump. They were able to quickly identify the problem, order the parts and have repaired quickly. Communication, service and billing were great.
We ended up using them a week later to install a surge protector and the experience was equally as good.
