Andrew and his team did an excellent job with our ducted air con system! Luke, Nick and Declan were fantastic to deal with and involved us in all of the decision making, which we appreciated. We can 100% recommend them to anyone else considering a new ducted AC system.

We would like to commend Urban Air Solutions for their excellent service regarding the installation of our large Mitsubishi Heavy Industries air conditioner at Ocean View on the 19th August, 2026. We were very happy with the on line application process that was used to provide us with a very competitive quote. This was the 2nd air conditioner we've had installed by this company, and once again, we were impressed by Luke's workmanship and communication skills. Given that this was a new installation (i.e., not a replacement), Luke took great care in positioning the indoor unit and wall penetration, consulting with us along the way. The wiring was mounted tidily and safely in the ceiling cavity, and the site was left clean and tidy. Thank you.

Excellent service from start to finish. They serviced all six air conditioners in my home and did a very thorough job. Nothing felt rushed, and they took the time to make sure each unit was properly cleaned and checked. They are always friendly, professional, and willing to accommodate my schedule. I was so happy with their work that I have also asked them to service the air conditioners at my rental property. Highly recommended!

From start to finish the guys have been great to deal with. Quoting was quick and easy. Instal was quick upon acceptance of the quote and Luke & Jack went out of their way to make sure they delivered the job well and didn’t leave until everything was 100%. They were on time, polite & the quote was very fair Thank you team
