My neighbor had a roof leak and Joe white (Triumph Roofing) came and repaired it in the rain....that impressed me so I asked for his card. About a year later I thought I spotted some displaced tiles on the roof of my two story house and called Joe to ask if he knew any roofers who could do a survey of the roof using a drone, He did not know of any but said that he had a drone and would be glad to do it.
He came here this morning and did the survey and found a couple of slipped tiles so he went up onto the two story roof and glued the tiles back in place.
He then went the "extra mile" and inspected the rest of the roof
and found more slipped tiles where he expected to find them.
He repaired them all.
Joe is a well spoken gentleman who knows his stuff and does not charge what he is worth.
I did pay him more that he asked and he was a little reluctant to take it.
You will not go wrong with Triumph Roofing.

They gave a very thorough inspection and have submitted to insurance for hail damage. Not surprisingly insurance has turned down the claim. Triumph resent the photos and were very precise in describing the hail damage and how it will affect the performance of the roof during rain. We are way to hear back. I am very impressed with there integrity! Austin has done a great job keeping me up to date on the situation!! Great job Austin!

If an insurance company doesn't respond favorably after the initial inspection of your tile roof's storm damage, there are often still additional options available. We've found that when a claim is supported with thorough documentation and handled with integrity, insurance companies will often take another look and ultimately do what is fair and appropriate.

Triumph Roofing removed the older concrete tiles, replaced the damaged plywood/fascia and new installed new Ultra Synthetic underlayment. They brought the house up to code by adding the bird-stop and trim on the edges of the rounded tiles.
They worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job during the hot June weather. The before and after pictures, as well as pictures of the progress kept me up to date with the progress of the new roof.

We hired Joe White and TJ from Triumph Roofing to repair our 25 year old roofing that had hail damage as well. Highly recommend Triumph. They showed us the extent of damage. Took pictures so we could understand what was involved. TJ helped immensely with insurance. They explained the product they were going to use. Either Joe or TJ were at our home every day. Danielle and Joe were professional, honest and executed on their timeline. They gave me a date to start and complete the work and stuck to it without delays. In addition to their great execution, they are subject matter experts. They knew the location of the issue immediately and what caused the issue. They took their time, asked the necessary questions and gave me their professional opinion with options for the solution based on budget. Never once felt any upselling, in fact quite the opposite.
If you don’t get a quote from Triumph Roofing you’re doing yourself a disservice.

Joe at Triumph Roofing came out today to inspect my roof in the Anthem Country Club. He is very professional and made me feel comfortable with his Company and the process and timing for replacing my roof. He has done the roofing for many of my neighbors. I’ve talked to 3 people that had Joe do their roofing job and all have given him a 10 plus satisfaction on their roofing job replacement.
What a pleasure it was working with Joe, very knowledgeable, courteous, on time and very reasonable cost wise. He has repaired several roofs in my neighborhood including mine and I would recommend him to anyone.
