We have used Travel by Jen (JetSet Vacations) for two trips to Costa Rica. The latest trip was to Puerto Viejo and Panama. Sue provided excellent service getting us setup with the trip details and answering all of my questions. We like that the trip itineraries let us see more of Costa Rica than just staying at one place. While it's true that there is driving involved, this is part of travel to Costa Rica, unless shuttle transfers are requested between all stops. If you do the Costa Rica/Panama trip, I would add on a couple days in Panama, so you have a chance to explore more. We plan to go back to Panama someday! Thanks, Sue!

I highly recommend Jen’s travel I just booked a trip to Costa Rica and there is two different destinations one was 3 nights one was 4 nights and I didn’t read the itinerary and went to the wrong hotel first Jen herself contacted me and fixed everything immediately the one hotel wanted to charge me a penalty and Jen talked to them and rectified all the problems with no penalty I was very impressed and would recommend Jen’s travel to anyone thank you for such amazing customer service you guys went above and beyond

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Cody and our experience with Travel by Jen! Cody helped me plan my 40th birthday trip to Jamaica with a few of my girlfriends, and he was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the very first phone call, there were four of us on the line trying to figure out where we wanted to go, what fit everyone’s budget, flights, resorts, and all the little details that come with planning a group trip. Cody was incredibly patient with us and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. He actually stayed after his shift to finish booking our trip, which really showed how dedicated he was to making sure everything was taken care of. He listened to what was important to each of us, made thoughtful suggestions, and spent time searching for the best airfare deals. Anytime we had a question, whether before the trip or while we were planning, Cody was always quick to respond and made sure we had the answers we needed. I’m SO glad we listened to his recommendations because the resort we ended up staying at was absolutely gorgeous! My girlfriends and I had the most amazing time, and it truly made my 40th birthday celebration so special. Cody made the entire process easy, enjoyable, and stress-free, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to book a trip.
