This was top of our list before we even arrived in Faro, and it absolutely delivered. Armando and Carla are brilliant hosts, genuinely warm and full of local knowledge that makes the whole trip feel personal rather than just another tourist package.
Armando knows the coastline inside out and takes you to spots you’d never find on your own. Carla makes sure you’re looked after from start to finish. Between the two of them, the whole day was great fun from start to finish.
The scenery along the Faro coast is stunning, the pace is relaxed, and we left feeling like we’d had a proper experience rather than just ticked a box. Highly recommend, without hesitation.

An Absolute Must-Do in the Algarve!
If you are looking for the perfect boat trip in the Algarve, look no further. We took a group of 13 people out for a sunset sailing trip, and it was easily the highlight of our holiday.
The stars of the show were our skipper and hostess, Armando and Carla. They are a husband-and-wife team who are simply lovely—so welcoming, professional, and attentive. They made us feel right at home from the moment we stepped on board.
The catamaran was excellent—modern, very clean, and incredibly spacious for our large group. Sailing through the Ria Formosa was a dream.
The waters were perfectly calm, making for a relaxing and smooth evening.
This was fantastic value for money.
Skip the Benagil Cave tours! Honestly, Benagil is overrated, crowded, and the waters can be quite choppy. This experience in the Ria Formosa is much more exclusive and peaceful.
If you’re thinking about a boat trip, this is it. Great boat, stunning scenery, and even better people. Thank you, Armando and Carla!
Lovely boat trip with excellent hosts Carla & Armando very informative regarding the Ria Formosa reserve and surrounding areas. We go to Portugal frequently but never experienced a boat trip.Can highly recommend it what an experience really enjoyed it. Beautiful catamaran!

They are truly charming people who make you feel welcome from the very first moment.
The food on board was delicious and beautifully prepared, perfectly complementing the relaxed and magical atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.
