This was a fantastic experience, our drivers were prompt, courteous and vehicle very comfortable. They had well organised stops to break up the journey and in car refreshments. Our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and really looked after us making us feel safe throughout all the locations and transitions. We couldn’t fault our day.

I found this tour guide on Instagram and contacted him directly — and from the very first message, he was incredibly friendly and professional. He put together an offer for us immediately, tailored perfectly to our needs. It was our first time in Egypt, and for us it truly felt like an all-inclusive, worry-free package. We were picked up at the airport, taken to our hotel, and every single day we were collected for our tours and brought back again. Lunch was always included, and as a lovely extra, our tour guide Mahmoud made sure we had cold water every day — a small detail that made a big difference. We received an incredible amount of information throughout the trip, and every single question we had was answered with patience and passion. I felt very well accompanied and extremely well taken care of during the entire vacation. For me personally, the whole experience was very relaxed and completely stress-free. I can wholeheartedly recommend this tour provider to everyone. Especially if it’s your first time in Egypt, having a guide is incredibly valuable — not only for logistics, but also to truly understand the culture, traditions, and local customs. That said, I also think it’s a great idea to inform yourself a bit in advance — just like we did — through YouTube or other channels about Egyptian culture and etiquette. And if you’re interested in history, it definitely makes sense to do a little background reading beforehand as well. A single TripAdvisor review is honestly not enough to fully describe the experience we had. After our initial stay, we continued traveling to Luxor, and once again everything was perfectly organized for us. A guide was arranged there as well, and we received exactly the same high-quality service — professional, reliable, caring, and incredibly well coordinated. The consistency in service and attention made our entire journey feel seamless and truly exceptional. All in all, an unforgettable experience and an outstanding guide. Highly recommended!

Amazing full day tour with the best tour guide Mahmoud, and all organised professionally by Mohammed, Aly of Egypt Tours
Mahmoud was my private tour guide, he was very professional and he knew a lot about egyptology. He explained to me almost everything during our full day tour, I learnt so much from him about Ancient Egypt, and we managed to see literally everything in Saqqara, Dashour and Memphis. I stayed in Egypt 2 weeks, and Mahmoud was by far the best tour guide I had. I managed to enter inside Step Pyramid, Bent Pyramid, and Red Pyramid. Driver was also very efficient, always coming to pick us up on time, and drive good. The organiser of this tour Mohammed was also very helpful and professional, he made it all clear before the tour. Also, the lunch they arranged in Saqqara was the best meal I had in Egypt during my 2 weeks. Thank you Aly of Egypt Tours for making this experience best way possible.

A fabulous day trip!
What an amazing tour. So well organized. The drivers were incredible and our guide Wael was so knowledgeable and accommodating. We got to see so much more than we expected. The tour organizer even arranged for an extra trip to Banana Island for our daughter which was amazing! Wael also managed to organize the cartouches we wanted and it was made within the day. An incredible experience! Tip well, they deserve it! They really do go above and beyond.

What an incredible experience! Our family of 7 booked the tour and were amazed at the punctuality and efficiency of everyone involved. From the tour agent to the drivers and the guides. All wonderful people and super kind and accommodating. The tour itself was fabulous and thorough. Our guide, Mahmood was extremely knowledgeable and helped gear the tour towards our interests. A must do in Cairo!
Mahmoud was incredible! So knowledgeable and shared amazing knowledge about all the sites. Honestly, this was more impressive than Giza pyramids and far less crowded. We started at 8 am from Giza and missed all the crowds! This tour with him is a must do when visiting Cairo! I’m so glad we didn’t miss it and thank you Mahmoud for an amazing day.

Mahmoud Fawzy- incredibly knowledgeable and kind
Mahmoud Fawzy and the driver were incredible. His depth of knowledge was encyclopedic at both the Pyramids and the GEM. I had been to Pyramids a few times over the last 30 years, but this was the best experience. We had an air conditioned car and lots of bottled water available. We took a ton of photos and Mahmoud was understanding to my needs and wants. He carried my backpack at the Pyramids and my purse at the GEM. He let me engage in my random tangents. I stopped to photograph the local baladi dogs at the Pyramids. With my limited Arabic, I made small talk with some young Egyptian girls and he took a picture of me with them and their family. At lunch I got distracted by a cute kitten and he gave her a little of his food. I might have snuck her some fries. Vegetarian options were available- yay. At the end of the tour he grabbed me an ice cream cone and another cold bottle of water. It was about 99 degrees outside- and I appreciated his kindness. If you are interested in learning more about ancient Egypt, Mahmoud Fawzy is the best guide, super knowledgeable and with kind heart.

Hurghada to Cairo in 1 day! The Pyramids, Grand Egyptian Museum and nice lunch
It was a wonderful day with my teenage daughters. The guide was excellent and very passionate about Ancient Egypt. We came from Hirghada and the driver was great too. We discovered the puramids, went to see the Grand Egyptian Museum and had an authentic lunch. Highly reccommend! ❤️
