Nathan’s been servicing our ASHP for 3 years now. Stumbled on him by chance after our installer “disappeared” and what a stoke of luck for us! He always gives the full system a good going over and produces a detailed and helpful report. Genuinely wouldn’t want to swap to anyone else, absolutely first class service and advice from him and we both happily highly recommend him for any heating or cooling requirements you might have!

Nathan dealt politely and efficiently with our case. The installation was completed within only two weeks of our enquiry. It took one day, and there was a minimum of disturbance. We are very pleased with the result. Nathan, who installed the two Hitachi units, and his electrician who fitted the outdoor electrical connections, should both be proud of their workmanship. Air to air pumps are a brilliant solution for both heating and cooling for one large room.

Nathan of Therma-Dynamics has just done a great job of repairing my A/C unit in Northampton. He responded quickly to my call for help and was able to determine the cause of the problem within minutes (which the guys who installed the unit and have serviced it for the last 11 years didn't manage to do). The mother board in the outside unit had failed, meaning that the inside unit couldn't communicate with the outside unit, so no A/C. Once a replacement motherboard arrived from LG, Nathan came round and fitted it, then checked everything worked OK. I am super-impressed with Nathan's knowledge, his efficiency and his speed of response. Thanks, Nathan.

His work was extremely thorough and you can tell he takes real pride in what he does. I cannot recommend Nathan more highly. My LG ThermaV heat pump gave me Ch5 error which Nathan diagnosed over the phone as a major issue. He came out to my house within the hour with 2 spare pcb’s to try and fix the problem. Unfortunately neither board was an exact match. He quickly ordered the correct board and was fitted as soon as it was delivered by LG. Nathan also attached the WiFi dongle which had previously been equipped but never worked. To top all of this my heat pump was installed on the 1st floor pitched roof which did not phase Nathan in the slightest. Nathan is a true professional, courteous and intelligent person. Therma-Dynamics deserves a 6⭐️ rating.
