The company sells Lennox furnaces, a brand I trust. They provided several options that matched my needs when my old furnace broke down. The installation crew came out the same day, were professional, courteous, and efficient. They also cleaned up afterwards. All in all a great experience during an otherwise stressful time.

We've been calling upon Cozy World for years for our annual furnace/AC servicing and they have never failed us. They're always quick to reply to our requests, book us in at our convenience (usually incredibly quickly), and Ramin (who has been our service person a number of times) is always friendly and professional. Cozy World Inc. is a phenomenal HVAC company, with an efficient, responsive, knowledgeable and qualified team. Upon having issues with my furnace and it finally breaking down completely, all within a few days; I called Cozy World Inc. for service. (I had dealt with Cozy World previously at my old address, approximately 9 or so years ago; they installed HVAC equipment at the time.) Exceptional service at that time as well. Abbas from Cozy World responded to all of the issues I was dealing with; he went above and beyond. He came to service the furnace twice, on Sunday December 21st an hour after I called. I know I dragged him away from an event, as he showed up in very handsome dress attire! Abbas went into the basement as he was, and worked on the furnace to make sure we had heat to carry us through the night, so we wouldn't freeze! I called again the next day, Monday morning as the furnace stopped once again. He arrived within 20 minutes to help and provide us with heat until the furnace could be installed later in the day. Abbas and his team of technicians showed up on time, went straight to work and completed the furnace installation within a few hours. Beautiful work and everything left clean and tidy! I love my new Lennox furnace; it's energy efficient quiet, small, and provides heat beautifully. The bonus is the cost was also very reasonable!! Thank you very much Abbas; you're the best!! Thank you Cozy World Inc. ! (a 10 star company)

Bought a furnace and a/c unit 16 yrs. ago from Cozyworld. A/C unit still running strong but furnace heat exchanger not so good. Had the furnace replaced today by Saeed and just as happy as I was 16 yrs. ago after that install. If you're looking for a company for your HVAC needs, call Cozy. In today's world of scammers and incompetent people...do yourself a favour and call them. I have referred 4 other people and all are happy with Cozy.

Had Saeed and Muhammad come in today to switch up our power vent rental water heater with a tankless. Watching them work was like attending an opera. The level of diligence and attention to detail is absolutely astonishing. You rarely see this sort of pride of workmanship these days. They were very friendly, professional, and efficient all throughout. They took my requests and input into account when deciding where to route piping etc to maximize available space. I contacted Cozy World for a quote for a new furnace. Cozy World provided a good quote, less than 2 other companies for the same furnace. They were prompt and professional at installing the furnace and conducted a walkthrough with me of the entire furnace both inside and outside (piping). I would recommend Cozy World.

We chose Cozy World Inc. based on a family member’s satisfaction with work they did eight years ago. COZY World Inc replaced our 25 year old gas furnace, central air conditioning and humidifier in mid October 2025. The meeting and quote by their president Farhad Hosseini was professionally handled. The efficient and polite installer team, led by Massoud, completed work in one day on the arranged date as promised, with a thorough clean-up afterward. A follow-up 2 weeks later checked on our satisfaction and manufacturer warranties were registered for us.

I had been using another company for maintenance and got a quote from them for a Lennox furnace, but when I checked my old paperwork and saw that Cozy World had installed the original one, I decided to call them. I am so glad I did. They recommended the exact same model for about 25% less than the competitor’s price. The installation was right on schedule, done perfectly, and they added a great new Lennox electronic thermostat that I can control from my phone. They left the furnace room spotless and took away the old unit and all materials. What really impressed me is that Fred, whose name was on my original receipt 16 years ago, is still there, which says a lot about the company. Cozy World is efficient, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I will be using them for my furnace and air conditioning service going forward. Highly recommended!
