I had a fantastic experience with Cozy World! Dianna in the office was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made scheduling the installation a breeze. Abbas was actually given to me as a reference, and he absolutely lived up to the high praise. He provided absolute red carpet treatment and professional guidance right from the very first call. After speaking with several other vendors, Abbas was the only one who clearly answered all of my questions and addressed every single concern. His expertise gave me so much confidence that I made my decision to go with Cozy World during that initial phone conversation.When it came time for the installation, Abbas was outstanding, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend this team!

Working with Abbas and Cozy World was smooth, efficient and a wonderful experience. Right from the time he entered our home, he was an epitome of care. He is an educator, a salesman and an advisor. He did all the sales work and even the install. Everything that he said would happen, happened and the work was great. Costco is lucky to have him. Even the office staff are very efficient and Diana was helpful with all the paperwork and the rebates. A truly great experience. Thank you Cozy World and Abbas and team for all your hardwork.

Everyone at Cozy World, from the excellent staff at reception to the installers Saeed and Mohammad, were knowledgeable, responsive, and fantastic. Saeed and Mohammad helped install a heat pump and I went back to them a year later for a mini split ductless AC unit and they made the process as smooth and easy as possible.

We had a great experience from start to finish! Cecilia was on the scheduling side and also helped us with the application for the HRS Rebate! They even called on our behalf to expedite the application so we could install earlier. Very good communication and we were always in the loop. Abbas was our installer and him and his team did a wonderful job. They installed our heat pump in a day and it's been around a month and its working beautifully! We also needed approval from the board of directors to install the hvac and Abbas spoke to the president and met him on his own time. He truly went above and beyond! Very professional from start to finish and we are completely satisfied with the service! 10/10 we recommend this team!

My experience with Cozy World through the years has been excellent. I had a Rheem power vented water heater installed last week. From the beginning, communicating with Fred about what I needed, scheduling with Dianna in the office and installation by Massoud and his partner, everything went forward efficiently and smoothly with great workmanship. Massoud and his partner were friendly and extremely courteous, taking care of my home. The door frame was a bit narrow and part of the frame needed to be removed and placed back to get the water heater in. This was done very well. The furnace room was clean and tidy after the installation was completed. 13 Years ago I was a new home owner, Boris Sherman helped me choose the right type of Goodman furnace and air conditioner for my home. He was honest, practical and very helpful. Fred had installed both as well as moved my gas line when I had to get my gas meter moved. Fred’s work was excellent. I have not had any issues with either the furnace or AC over the years. Thank you again for great service and products.

We had both our Central AC in our home and Ductless AC units in our rental property replaced recently by Cozy World and cannot be happier. Frank offered a fair and honest initial assessment of both homes. The pricing was very fair especially for the quality of their units compared to the other quotes we received. Saeed came and replaced our Central AC and was patient in explaining to me the issues and how this would be fixed. He was open and communicative and genuinely cared about the quality of the work. He wanted to make sure I understood everything that was being done. Frank was able to re-route some ducts in our tenants home to help fix a chronic leak from our ductless AC, going above and beyond. I have no doubt that we had chosen the best company for both of these jobs.

Cozy World Inc. is a phenomenal HVAC company, with an efficient, responsive, knowledgeable and qualified team. Upon having issues with my furnace and it finally breaking down completely, all within a few days; I called Cozy World Inc. for service. (I had dealt with Cozy World previously at my old address, approximately 9 or so years ago; they installed HVAC equipment at the time.) Exceptional service at that time as well. Abbas from Cozy World responded to all of the issues I was dealing with; he went above and beyond. He came to service the furnace twice, on Sunday December 21st an hour after I called. I know I dragged him away from an event, as he showed up in very handsome dress attire! Abbas went into the basement as he was, and worked on the furnace to make sure we had heat to carry us through the night, so we wouldn't freeze! I called again the next day, Monday morning as the furnace stopped once again. He arrived within 20 minutes to help and provide us with heat until the furnace could be installed later in the day. Abbas and his team of technicians showed up on time, went straight to work and completed the furnace installation within a few hours. Beautiful work and everything left clean and tidy! I love my new Lennox furnace; it's energy efficient quiet, small, and provides heat beautifully. The bonus is the cost was also very reasonable!! Thank you very much Abbas; you're the best!! (a 10 star company) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **** (6/10/26 Additional) My Lennox A/C unit was installed at the end of April as for the additional review. Once again I entrusted Cozy World to provide me with their services for a new A/C unit as I've had them provide me with all of my HVAC needs for many years. This company and their associates provide exceptional, reliable and professional service. The technicians, Abbas, Erfan and Ali are always efficient, professional and very thorough. They answered all of my questions and installed a reliable and efficient Lennox A/C unit. It's been working wonderfully on these hot and humid days in keeping us comfortable. A big thank you also to Cecilia at the office for always making sure all of our needs have been met and for making sure the installation has gone smoothly. Thank you!
