First of all, I would like to thank everyone at Complete Heating and Air for helping us to find a solution for my sister-in-law's heating system. Courtney is a treasure who went above and beyond what most customer representatives would do in our situation. The install went smoothly and as promised. Nic and Spencer were great and took care of her to make sure she had heat before the cold snap hit. I now understand why they have a 5 star rating. Michael from Complete Heat and Air came to our home last week for our yearly preventative maintenance on our heating system. What a great guy! He's been our tech in the past and continues to be the pleasant and knowledgable professional that is expected with this type of service. Michael arrived within the time frame scheduled and called when he was on his way. Upon arrival he greeted us and explained what he was going to do. He asked us if we have had any issues and he proceeded to inspect and clean our system. He told us our system was good to go and there were no issues to report! Complete Heat and Air recently installed a 4-ton HVAC system at my home, and from start to finish it was hands down one of the best contractor experiences I’ve ever had. From my first call and the quotation process through installation and startup, everything was handled with professionalism and care.
The original plan was simple: remove the old system on day one, encapsulate the utility space on days two and three, and install the new unit on day four. Unfortunately, the encapsulation company had a serious vehicle accident and couldn’t make it on day three. Rather than delaying the project, Complete Heat and Air stepped up and came out on Saturday to get everything done.
While they were there, my wife pulled into the driveway with a trunk load of groceries—and without hesitation, Spencer and Nic saw her unloading and offered to help carry everything inside. That kind of customer care goes above and beyond.
Spencer and Nic are now at the top of my list, and I can’t recommend Complete Heat and Air enough. I wish I could give them 10 stars, seriously. If you’re looking for an HVAC company for your home, your search is over—you’ve found the right one. A huge thank you to Courtney and the entire team for flawless execution and an outstanding experience. And this system works amazingly well.

Our heat just quit working at around 7 PM. I called Complete around 8 PM hoping to leave a voicemail and get a return call early the next morning. I actually got a person and had a technician scheduled for 9 AM to 11 AM the next morning. The technician , Todd let us know he was on the way and within a few minutes after arrival, had our heat back on. Todd was professional, courteous and very insightful.
