8/05/26 Semi annual maintenance on my Trane HVAC unit by the awesome team of Cody & Will today. I love the way these Complete Heat & Air technicians performed a thorough examination and explained their findings to me. They also recommended some things I need to be aware of and recommended followup attention be made to ensure my system's prepared for the rest of the year. These guys are dependable and I look forward to seeing them in November. Their early advice allows me the time to budget for the necessary work next scheduled service. 12/03/25 Paul George was the expert technician who handled my semi annual assurance maintenance today. He was professional, prompt to arrive on schedule and patient with my questions and concerns.
He checked my Trane unit, the indoor filter, smart thermostat & all the key items on the check list to ensure that I have the best performance my Trane system can provide.
I highly recommend this man for your home HVAC maintenance and Complete Heat & Air for your HVAC equipment & warranty.

12/12/24 Brantley Simmons a Service Technician did my winter preventive service today. He checked my system's filter, adjusted my Smart thermostat and thoroughly checked my Trane unit. He was on time, professional and answered all my questions. Everything checked out so glad to have such a great experience with my service. 😊

11/27/23 Bradley Head Installation Technician did my preventive service call today. He was here promptly as promised and was professional & explained exactly what he was doing to me. He made recommendations for my next scheduled maintenance & additional protection I could install to cover electrical surge issues that could cause damage to my compressor & electrical on my unit. I had him install a compressor defender today and plan to get the other part with my next scheduled service call. I found the service to be excellent and recommend Complete Heat and Air for your HVAC needs.

12/16/22 Clint Renner a Comfort Consultant for Complete Heat & Air was absolutely wonderful today recommending my replacement Trane HVAC System.
He called to confirm our appointment at ten a.m. and took care of my order & scheduled delivery with installation for next week. He was prompt, polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the product & pricing.
I went through Duke Energy online for a vetted contractor to replace my old system with a new one by Trane. Clint arranged a financial plan quickly with discounts and kept the payments within my budget.
I look forward to the installation and will update my review after it is completed.

Update 12/23/22 Waiting for the installation of my new 3.5 ton Trane HVAC. They just called to let me know that they are enroute.
Michael and J.C. were here promptly and got right to work. So impressed at their positive attitude and this is the coldest day at Christmas in 30 years!
This company is fortunate to have such focused and professional employees. The installation is completed and the Trane HVAC is working Hallelujah!
A huge thanks to Michael & A.C. for doing all they needed to do in order to keep my home warm. They cleaned up as they worked, wore shoe covers, instructed me how to use the new digital thermostat & gave me the paperwork. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs to have an upgrade or maintenance.

We had to have our duct backflow replace on our unit. It was a small issue that was complete before it became a bigger issue.
Chris and Anthony came and had it done in no time! They are very friendly and ask if I had any other issues or questions. There is a new service they are offering that will help with odor and dust with in your home. At the time I decline but will have them.come back out and install that device. For the ones that or reading my review or any other review, you will be in great hands no second guessing you have reached your heater and air team. Also I would like to mention after works was done the area was clean.
