Synergy has been providing maintenance service on our AC for the previous 4 years, when it came time to replace the system our choice of providers was well influenced by the excellent service we had received in the past. The installation of the new system was installed by a professional crew and questions that we had regarding operation of the new system for a couple of days were again addressed quickly. I would highly recommend Synergy Heating and Cooling Inc.
Exceptional service! They were honest, knowledgeable, and accurate about my situation. Roy also went above and beyond by helping me research other options and avenues that would best fit my needs. I truly appreciated his honesty, patience, and willingness to help rather than just trying to sell me a service. I would definitely recommend them to others!

Synergy is a great family operated business. My air-conditioning died on Sunday night by the end of the day Thursday I had a whole new system installed and running they took such good care of me and my home. I would Recommend them to all my family and Friends. I can’t say enough for them, such a nice clean job. very very nice!!!
Let me tell you something so far this is my top rated go to company. They are courteous and friendly and so willing to help and dig and really find out what the problem is and when its time to do anything with my A/C unit they are the only company I will be reaching out to. I mean Juan really took his time and I really appreciate his efforts and communication to me. Thank you to Samantha for making me feel like I mattered and to the boss that authorized extended work that they really didn't have to do. So coming from a disabled Army Veteran, I salute this company.

Synergy was prompt and professional! They communicated prior to and during the appointment. I would definitely call them again if my a/c has an issue.
I’m so grateful for this company and their service. We had an issue with our AC unit that got installed just over a year ago by another big company, and we have a “premium” service with them, so a technician came from that company here before Juan to tell us that the main board was ruined and we were quoted 700 dollars at least. Thankfully we thought of getting another opinion. Juan showed up, looked at every possible situation that could be happening, found that the main board was fine, and kept looking until he found that the issue was just a wire that was not communicating with the unit in our attic. Thank you, Juan!

Highly recommend! I had 5 companies come out and I can save you the trouble by telling you Synergy has the lowest price I could find on an affordable, budget friendly air conditioner. They also have highly competitive prices on name brand. Owner operated and they take customer satisfaction seriously. Completely different and refreshing experience than the other companies that I dealt with who seemed more concerned with up sale than working with my situation. I was desperate and they saved the day. They have earned a lifetime customer and I believe thats their goal considering how well they treat their customers within their community. Thank you guys so much again!
