Excellent Customer Service
Recently got caught in an all day rain and soaked my American Hat and then my dog stepped on it in my truck and it was all messed up. Ryan was extremely busy when I went out to see about getting it fixed. He was already shaping hats for a few others but gave me his cell number and had me call him later in the day to discuss fixing my hat. We talked later that day and he had me meet him at the store during a time they were closed so he could focus on fixing my hat. He restiffend the hat, cleaned it, and shaped it back up and had it looking new again. Not to many store owners out there willing to give out their person cell number and meeting you at the store while they're closed to take care of you. Ryan and his staff at Sonseeahray have always been very good to me.

Great store amazing boots came to check it out for the first time my husband was looking for a belt buckle but they chose to follow me around as if I was stealing or something I just tried on some boots window shopping for a great pair never bought cow girl boots before being that I wear a 8 and half size 10 or 11 is what I should buy in my size apparently but at 267 dollars seemed pricey maybe for a Christmas gift but I dont like being followed when im standing right in front of your camera just trying on boots atleast I know what size to buy elsewhere I pretty much stayed in view of at least one sales person at all times and I had my kids with me for crying out loud I dont need to steal I buy everything I own anything I want my husband gets it for me
Terrible place, terrible employees who are rude. I just want my dang hat. Please whatever you do dont go on here
Unbelievable custom hat experience!
The store has an amazing selection of boots, clothing, and tack, but the real highlight for me was the custom hat service. Ryan took my vague idea and turned it into a masterpiece—I’m beyond thrilled with the incredible hat he created! His talent is unmatched, and I’m already looking forward to my next one. Highly recommend!

Sonseeahray always has the best customer service. They will take care of you and make sure you leave happy. Been buying boots there for more than 15 years.
If I could give a 100 gold star review, it wouldn't be enough. My husband lost his father when he was young. The only true thing he had from his dad was his Stetson. It was in very rough shape. It was a major decision to decide to get it cleaned, what if something went wrong. After reading reviews and listening to friends it was decided to have Ryan look at the hat. He said it was the worst he'd seen but due to sentimental reasons he would try. Ryan did such a wonderful job. We were blown away. Thank you so much Ryan for your efforts and special care towards a family heirloom. So appreciated.
I was making my way from Pennsylvania to Indiana and happened to be looking for a place to buy a nice cowboy hat. I looked up on Google maps and found this location. They have a nice choice of cowboy hats along with all other selections of your cowboy western gear. I chose a nice cowboy hat and some nice cologne. If you happen to be traveling through and looking for some nice gear stop in and give them a try!
Friendly staff and owners. A wide variety of boots, hats, jeans, clothes. They helped me find the perfect cowboy hat for customization. Highly recommended!

Great western shop great prices i buy all my boots there work boots and good boots owner is always willing to go the extra mile to help his customers and same for his staff I definitely recommend stopping in and supporting a local business and getting all your western needs taken care of here .
They have a really great selection of clothes, boots, and hats. Every employee I worked with had great personalities and were super helpful when we were birthday shopping. This place is awesome!!!
