Ricky and Betty are awesome! First off the restroom was soooo clean, it was very warm , and also had soft soap with a big mirror inside! I’ll definitely visit again!

I like having an official Cookies brand here in Chicago...but why DOWNTOWN lol! Anywho, love the atmosphere, the staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. This was my 3rd or 4th time visiting, so, of course, I'll be back (*Arnold vc*)!
