Excellent Customer Service
Recently got caught in an all day rain and soaked my American Hat and then my dog stepped on it in my truck and it was all messed up. Ryan was extremely busy when I went out to see about getting it fixed. He was already shaping hats for a few others but gave me his cell number and had me call him later in the day to discuss fixing my hat. We talked later that day and he had me meet him at the store during a time they were closed so he could focus on fixing my hat. He restiffend the hat, cleaned it, and shaped it back up and had it looking new again. Not to many store owners out there willing to give out their person cell number and meeting you at the store while they're closed to take care of you. Ryan and his staff at Sonseeahray have always been very good to me.
