I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Schimmel and his entire staff, especially Lucy! They have consistently gone above and beyond in caring for my son throughout his orthodontic treatment. His case has been particularly challenging due to a very stubborn tooth that has taken much longer than anticipated to respond to treatment, but Dr. Schimmel has been absolutely exceptional every step of the way. His dedication, professionalism, patience, and genuine concern for my son’s well-being have been remarkable. He has personally followed up with us, communicated directly with oral surgeons at Columbia, coordinated appointments, and accommodated our needs in every possible way. Lucy and the entire office staff have been equally outstanding, always welcoming, attentive, compassionate, and willing to help. I originally came to Dr. Schimmel through a friend’s glowing five-star recommendation, and I can wholeheartedly say that I have not been disappointed even once! It is rare to find a doctor who combines such exceptional expertise with this level of personal attention and dedication to his patients. I am incredibly grateful for everything Dr. Schimmel and his wonderful team have done for my son and our family.
