Food was alright, ordered Onion set dosa, Seems to be run by amateurs, the floor was visibly dirty, I saw the couple of Uber drivers getting angry,
They were not welcoming, did not clearly say what they had currently. Lastly, when I went to the restroom and came back from it, they already started cleaning my table, removed my water lol. Would probably do w pick-up order and would never dine in here
Authentic South Indian food, decent ambience and good service.

Very disappointing and unprofessional service. I ordered two items at 1 PM. After waiting an entire hour, the restaurant called to say one item was unavailable and claimed they hadn't accepted my order. If you didn't accept it, why didn't you decline it or inform me within 10–15 minutes? I even asked for a replacement, but they couldn't provide what I wanted.
Now they're saying the other available item will take another hour to deliver. Two hours of waiting for one item is ridiculous! Customers' time matters.
Extremely poor communication and customer service.
As someone with celiac disease, which means I cannot have anything with gluten, even small amounts, I was very disappointed to find out that at our last visit that you started putting wheat in your dosa mix. My wife and I loved your food and the dosas were a favorite since they were safe for me to eat. That is why I gave only three stars. Please keep in mind my avoidance of gluten is not a choice but a necessity.
We went there with an infant and a toddler. We only ordered 4 items. Uthappam took over 30 minutes and noodles never arrived even after 45 minutes. Ended up canceling the order and left. Never coming back. Service don't live up to the reputation.

Don’t deserve a single star. Worst place and awful service. Just 4 tables occupied and they took over an hour for a single order of Veg Fried Rice and Gobi 65 (Just a deep fried burnt gobi). Owners and Waiters have no knowledge of running the place. Shame on Indian hospitality business. I left the place and whole food without eating. Disastrous Place and Stay AWAY.

After checking with our team, your order of Veg Fried Rice and Gobi 65 was prepared in approximately 25 minutes, not over an HOUR as mentioned. Both items are prepared fresh after the order is placed, and we always try our best to serve them as quickly as possible while maintaining quality.
Also “it is not a fast food center to reheat and present food, we prepare fresh per order”

My wife & I think this place is an astonishing, amazing place for vegetarian Indian food. We ordered a bunch of dishes from Thalli, Butter Masalla paneer, idli, vada, dosa, Gobi 65 which came with spicy coconut chutney, curry, sambal & mint chutney. The flava was insanely delicious, definitely in my top 10 Indian 🇮🇳 restaurants We have tried around the world. The service was incredible they really took care of us. I know I put $30 - $40 per person but we ordered alot more specialties to try everything but in actuality the dishes are around & $10 - $20. Yes we will be going back to this place! It's a must try 👍🏽👍🏽

We went there for dinner. For the starters, we ordered gobi manchuria and baby corn manchuria. Baby corn manchuria has a slight sweet taste to it. The gobi manchuria was goos though. Also ordered a variety of dosas. Onion dosa, mysore masala dosa, puri chole,Benne dosa. To start off with the good part, the Mysore masala dosa was good. Benne dosa is nothing like the original benne dosa. The dosa is too fat and not crispy. Although there was butter. Puri was ok-ok. Their falooda was really good. That's a must try. Overall its a good restaurant in Phoenix. But there are better ones around the same area.

Our second meal in two weeks here. Their food is so authentic! We got a new menu item, paneer puffs with a side of filter coffee. Really good stuff! The staff is friendly and helpful too.
