Moctezuma Masonry Reviews

Temo is literally the needle in a haystack. Honest, kind, old school mason master who takes pride in his work. Unbelievable price, unbelievable quality, unbelievably clean. Got 4 quotes to encase 4 pillars 2.5k to 6k..his quote was under 4k, but the quality was over 10k. I never had someone who cleaned after the job as if no one was ever there. He crew equally polite and all working very hard non stop. Temo was there everyday and inspected the job each day. If you have a concern or problem, he goes not ghost you. He will make it right, guaranteed, no matter how long the job was. After a year, the pillars still look amazing as the day he finished. There are people who charge based on your zipcode. Not this man. I would personally recommend him to every person. If I ever build a custom house, he would be my general contractor.

We needed to repair the center pillar between our garage doors. Temo came out in record time and did a terrific job! He was able to save all the bricks to use for the repair. You cannot tell it was ever damaged, and it was very damaged. We highly recommend Moctezuma Masonry.

Temo is a true professional. The stones around my trees had cracked and shifted. He fixed them the correct way and I couldn't be happier. He took his time doing the work and made sure everything was cleaned up. I recommend him for all your masonry needs.

Temo and his crew built a carport for me. They did excellent work. Temo is honest, reliable, always on time and keeps his word. I highly recommend his company. They also clean up well at the end of the day. Price is fair for the work completed.

Temo provided a fair quote, never missed a meeting and had great communication. He finished on time and on budget even going above and beyond to make a few changes that really made the project perfect. We will be using them again in the near future. Others quoted the job a bit cheaper but I'm glad we chose experience and honesty.

Temo and his crew did an exceptional job demo and replacing entire driveway and walkway to our front door. Temo is very reliable and kept us informed of work time required. This is our 2nd time to use his skilled masonry work and we are very satisfied. We highly recommend Temo and his crew for any masonry work. Thank you Temo for all your hard work. I would have love write a 5 star review. Temu came to see my patio project on Apr 8. He finally provided estimates on Apr 21. I agreed to hire him and obtained HOA approval. I also purchased matching brick and carried it home. Set the date to start project on Jun 23 giving plenty of time for getting approvals, obtaining material and preparations ahead of work commencing. Today is Jun 23 He was a.no show. Despite reminders I sent 3 days, 1 day ahead via text, Gmail and voicail. I did not receive a single response. Very disturbing! .

Made an appointment with him, he set the date and time. I cleared my morning to be available for the guy, he never showed up or called, not even a text.

Communicated well, charged a fair price, and did excellent work on demolition, masonry repair, and a new steel/wood gate build. Super happy we found these guys.

I contacted the company to have a stone replaced in my fireplace. When Temo arrived, I met him at the door and asked if he had coverings for his boots. I told him that we don't wear shoes in our home. Before I could say anything more, he walked away without saying a word and drove away. When I called him to explain why we didn't wear shoes in the house, he hung up the phone while I was trying to explain why I had asked. I was trying to tell him that I have a family member who is recovering from a serious illness, and we cannot afford for her to be exposed to anything right now. However, he was rude and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this person/business to anyone!

Had Temo and his team come out to completely rebuild the face of my brick fireplace, rebuild a portion of my exterior brick wall, and fix a buckling corner. All the work was done flawlessly and it looks fantastic! I will not hesitate to call Moctezuma back out for any future brick/stone work.
