The reception staff were highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and displayed an unacceptable attitude toward customers. Their conduct lacked basic courtesy and professionalism expected in such a role. This experience was extremely disappointing and reflects very poorly on the overall management and standards of the establishment.

Für unser Weihnachtsessen wurden wir sehr gut beraten und das Personal ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Das Essen war sehr schmackhaft und der Service aufmerksam. Leider sind einige Zimmer sehr hellhörig, v.a. in der Dépendance. Charmantes Familienhotel

Overall, it was a very good experience. The hotel’s decoration is unique and gives it a special character, and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. However, the cost is relatively high compared to the value provided. In addition, the breakfast options were limited.

I love staying in Salzano and whenever I will visit interlaken I would love to stay here again. ☺ Its location and very humble staff. ☹ No public transportation after 7pm incase of going to main city center.

Das Essen war der Hammer!! Der Tisch war liebevoll dekoriert und der Service sehr freundlich. Es war einfach alles perfekt. Die Dekoration im Romantikzimmer war ein bisschen wenig.

Toujours satisfait. Je reviendrai une 3eme fois. ☺Les plus gros atouts de l'établissement sont le SPA et le restaurant. Le SPA est grand et très bien équipé. Le restaurant propose une cuisine de qualité, le chef propose des options sans les produits allergènes (Gluten) et l'équipe en salle est très professionelle et courtoise. ☹L'équipement des chambres commence à se faire un peu vieux :)

Stayed here during our recent trip the Interlaken area. The family that runs it is super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the amenities are lovely, the beds are comfy and the restaurant was delicious! Perfect location just outside of town that was quiet and beautiful.

Très bon hôtel à Interlaken. Spa incroyable ☺Le spa est un énorme point positif dans l’hôtel. Il est extrêmement bien équipé, moderne. La piscine extérieure est très jolie et agréable. La chambre Natura est très bien ainsi que la literie. Le personnel est très aimable ! ☹Le petit déjeuner pourrait être meilleur.

Nice and Cozy ☺ It’s was close to the city 6 minutes by car, quite area, they have EV charging station at the hotel parking but not free, the spa is amazing and the heated pool ☹ The parking cost 7 euros and the EV charging also cost 5 euros each hour
