Salzano experience
☺We were greeted by Salzanos' warm and welcoming staff, who regurarly asked if everything was up to our expectations or they could offer something further. We were offered a great quality dining experience (would recommend to try the 3 course tasting menu) and spa amenities that were sooo relaxing after long hiking days in the mountains. The room(north side) had a beautiful view towards the mountains.
☹At times would of liked to cool the room with an AC, because through the open window restaraunt cleaning up noises were a bit disturbing late at night.

☺Perfect location, very cozy! Nice and friendly staff
☹We visited in summer and the amount of flies is just insane. Flies while we ate breakfast, flies on us. But that's somet that happens everywhere not just the hotel. Also an AC would be nice, sometimes even with the fan is hot. Also maybe a smart TV would be nice because not everyone speaks Deutsch or understands it :)

Chambre petite et non climatisée. Nousm avons 30 degrés lam nuit dans lam chambre avec un malheureux ventilateur et le bruit de la toute qui passe devant l'hôtel quand on ouvre la fenêtre.

En même temps, nous regrettons naturellement que le repos nocturne ait pu souffrir de la chaleur estivale.
Cette vague de chaleur exceptionnelle nous a tous surpris. En Suisse, nous sommes jusqu'ici peu habitués à de telles températures extrêmes. L'installation ultérieure d'une climatisation n'est pas réalisable du jour au lendemain pour des raisons de planification et de coûts élevés. Afin de rendre le séjour aussi agréable que possible, nous mettons des ventilateurs à disposition. Nous aidons également volontiers sur place à tout moment en fournissant des appareils supplémentaires.
Concernant l'emplacement : alors que nos chambres situées à l'avant sont particulièrement appréciées pour leur vue ensoleillée sur les montagnes, nos chambres côté jardin offrent un havre de paix particulièrement calme.
Nous serions ravis de vous accueillir une autre fois chez nous au SALZANO, volontiers aussi lors de températures plus fraîches la prochaine fois.

Peaceful and comfortable place to stay
☺Room was roomy and comfortable. Air conditioner was a little small to cope with the heat. Breakfast was a great way to start the day. Enjoyed having a spa to use.

☺Cómodo, tranquilo, limpio, camas muy cómodas, muy limpio y cocina deliciosa. Tiene un buen restaurante y los desayunos completos. Con Spa, yacuzi y un espacio de masajes. Puedes realizar estupendos paseos a pie o en bicicleta y está a 3 paradas de autobús del centro y a pocos metros del embarcadero del lago Thun

☺L'hôtel est très bien même s’il est à côté d’une route passante.
Le personnel est très serviable et fait l’effort de parler votre langue.
☹Méfiez vous au restaurant, la carafe d’eau est payante (6 chf 50) et vous n’y avez pas accès. Ce sont les serveurs qui vous servent. Nous n’avons pas fini la nôtre alors que nous avions soif pour cette raison.
