a gem in Interlaken that easily overshadows big names in town! a bit outside of town, this place gives you the feeling of staying in the middle of the country side. with the pool and spa area, you get to treat yourself after a hard day of hiking, golf or work. the restaurant has a creative take on classics and serves them with local sides.

Ich bin gestern versehentlich kurz in die Küche geraten, und ich war ehrlich entsetzt. Es waren gefühlt über 40 Grad dort drin. Schon nach wenigen Sekunden war das kaum auszuhalten. Wie soll das Küchenteam unter solchen Bedingungen stundenlang arbeiten? Wie wäre es mit einer Klimaanlage? Und vor allem: etwas mehr Wertschätzung gegenüber den Mitarbeitenden wäre dringend nötig. So, wie es aktuell ist, wirkt das nicht wie ein verantwortungsvoller Betrieb, sondern eher wie Ausbeutung. Ich werde dort definitiv nicht mehr essen gehen bei Gastgebern, die mit ihrem Team so umgehen, möchte ich mein Geld nicht lassen.

The hotel is quite beautiful, although we were not completely satisfied for several reasons. For some, this may not be a problem, but for us, it was a big one—there is no air conditioning in the entire hotel. Now, this can be somewhat common in Europe, but every hotel we had stayed at (5 in total prior to this one) had air conditioning, and during our stay, the heat was extraordinary. It made it very difficult to sleep. There are also very few outlets in the room, so I had to plug my phone in the bathroom on several nights so that my traveling companion could make coffee in the morning without having to unplug my phone. Aside from that, the beds were extremely comfortable, we loved our balcony, and the breakfast was great. It was also a huge perk that we didn’t have to pay for parking, which is very common in Switzerland! All in all, we would call this one a middle of the road hotel.

كان اسوء شي صار بالرحلة الصراحه موضفينهم قليلين ادب كان بس يراقبونا وكل كلامهم اننا عائله كبيرة ونظراتهم مستفزة مافي راحه ابدا كنا ١٠ اشخاص اخذين ٤ غرف كل غرفة شخصين والباقي اطفال وغير انهم اخذو اخر شي رسوم ٢٠ فرنك على طفل عمره ٦ سنين وهوا اصلا معايا في الغرفه قال رسوم خدمة وما احد اعطانا خبر من البداية ، في فنادق افضل في المنطقه منهم لان جربت ٣ فنادق حول انترلاكن محد سوا زيهم - حسسونا انهم متكرمين علينا واننا جاينهم بالمجان 👀 وماعندهم اي شي مميز عن غيرهم عشان نكرر التجربه بالعكس كانو الاسوء بجدارة Dear Management of SALZANO Hotel - Spa - Restaurant, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, it did not meet the expectations we had based on your reputation and online reviews. From the moment we arrived, the reception from your staff was unwelcoming and unprofessional. We were a group of 10 people staying in 4 rooms, including young children under the age of 5. Despite providing this information clearly during the booking process, we were met with surprised and questioning looks from the staff about the number of guests and children, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Throughout our 4-night stay, the staff’s attitude remained unfriendly, and their behavior toward us every morning was noticeably unpleasant. We also felt constantly watched in a way that was intrusive and made our stay uncomfortable. In addition, we were charged a daily service fee of 20 CHF for my 6-year-old child, which had not been communicated or agreed upon during the booking process. This unexpected charge was disappointing and unprofessional. I believe all guests deserve to be treated with respect and transparency. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to ensure a better experience for future visitors.
