Wonderful

Wish we could have stayed longer ☺ Lovely friendly and clean hotel. Just a little outside the city but only 5 minutes on the bus from the train station and you get a guest pass allowing free travel and the public transport system is very efficient. Personally we preferred this quieter location. The room was lovely, beds comfy and great shower. Spa access included and we enjoyed taking a dip in the hot tub and relaxing in the steam room after a long day exploring the mountains. Food in the restaurant was superb, the menu doesn’t have a massive choice which I was initially worried about as a somewhat fussy eater however I really enjoyed the pasta, absolutely delicious. Breakfast was also very nice, if I’m being picky I’d say there wasn’t much variety compared to other hotels however what was on offer was good. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. When booking I looked at several hotels in Interlaken and I’m really glad I went for this one, I was nervous about the transport situation before arriving but it’s really very simple and definitely worth the hassle. We would absolutely love to return

☺L’hôtel et la chambre sont très beaux. Le personnel est charmant. Le petit-déjeuné propose une large sélections d’aliments. ☹La nudité obligatoire dans le SPA (ce qui n’est pas la norme en France).

A missed opportunity for a comfortable stay ☺ Staff was very polite and helpful ☹ Food. The breakfast spread was monotonous : almost the same everyday for the week's stay. The dinner was only European. Flies in the restraunt was unhealthy. No effort to remove / kill them. If you cannot prevent ingress, at least find ways to eliminate them. The toiletries were limited. No moisturisers for example

Overall a beautiful location. Maybe a little pricey for the accommodation side of things. ☺ Beautiful location. Amazing sauna/spa area. Super nice staff. ☹ Beds not very comfortable. Two singles pushed together. Bathrooms/showers in the room could do with an update. Shower in the spa was amazing.

Parfait ☺Tout était absolument parfait : un accueil chaleureux, une chambre spacieuse avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Le personnel porte des costumes traditionnels, ce qui nous plonge immédiatement dans l’ambiance et la culture de la région. Le spa est une véritable merveille : tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Trois types de boissons sont à disposition, avec des épingles portant le numéro de la chambre pour garder son verre tout au long de la visite. Serviettes, peignoirs et même un sac pour vos affaires sont fournis. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Dans la chambre, on trouve une bouilloire et un mini-frigo, très pratiques. Un grand merci aussi pour la décoration pleine d’attention sur notre table du petit déjeuner avec des petits cœurs . Un geste touchant qui nous a beaucoup émus !

Not the best ☺ The staff were helpful and the room was clean ☹ The hotel was on a busy street and very noisy The area smelt of manure and you could not sit on the balcony or eat outside at the restaurant.

Very nice. ☺ Was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Shower was very good. Nice having staff in traditional dress. Tea/coffee, safe and fridge in the room. Nice view at the back of gardens and mountains. Interesting décor. ☹ Pity the spa is only for nude use, we therefore didn't use it.
