Excelente lugar!!! La pasamos súper bien, el ambiente, la cena, la atención, la música. Claudio fue quien principalmente nos estuvo atendiendo, pero todos estuvieron muy atentos. Algunos de mis invitados ya conocían el restaurante, pero la gran mayoría no y quedaron muy contentos por la experiencia. Muchas gracias y hasta pronto !!!!

The salmon rolls and artichokes were the standouts, both absolutely delicious. The menu is thoughtfully put together, and the food was excellent overall. However I felt that the chicken was extremely salty and I would not order it again. The flan was also nice, but the dulce de leche was a little overpowering. What to know: We walked in around 6 PM and were able to get a table, but the restaurant filled up quickly afterward, so I’d recommend making a reservation. The atmosphere is moody and beautifully decorated, making it feel intimate and sophisticated without being overly formal. The staff was efficient, although some were more comfortable speaking English than others. Would I go back: Yes, especially for the salmon rolls, artichokes, and atmosphere.

Wonderful restaurant! We ordered several dishes, and every single one was absolutely delicious. There’s a great variety on the menu, so you could come here again and again and always try something different. Lovely atmosphere and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Santa Rita in Panama City is hands down one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. I’m no professional food critic, but the kitchen is operating at a level where talking about a Michelin star isn’t even a stretch—the flavors, execution, and presentation are just that good. On top of that, the service was absolute A-1 from start to finish. Attentive, welcoming, and seamless without ever feeling overbearing. If you’re anywhere near Panama City, do yourself a favor and get a table. I’m already looking forward to going back and cannot recommend it enough.

August "new experience" date night took us back into Casco Viejo to check out this spot - hears about it but neither of us had the pleasure before this Saturday night. It's located just about at the entrance of Casco, so perfect drop off with an Uber. We were greeted right away upon entry, acknowledged our reservation and was seated immediately. The ambiance is cozy, tables close, but not on top of each other. They certainly maximize the interior space. There's visibility into the kitchen which helps the gastronomic feel and love the chalkboard menu above the kitchen. The chef lists the days specials on that board, making it easier to assess which dishes we want to savor from either menus. Service was excellent throughout, not surprising as it appears the owner/mgr was actively working the floor. For the starter, we went with the carpaccio - an excellent, light starter for both of us to get the palate activated. Coupled with the complementary cocktail, we certainly started off on the right footing. For the main course, I had the chef special Prawns over coconut rice - simple, tasty dish with good portions & my wife had the skirt steak (entraña) - tender, well prepared and flavorful. The desert was also a winner, a great cap on a delicious evening. The only call out we had is that it's a bit noisy - music volume could be a touch lower, though the live singer adds to the ambiance when she's playing. Overall, highly recommend visiting if you're looking for a Spanish/Argentinian taste experience. We're certainly interested to revisit to explore more of the menu.
