Wonderful Relaxing Holiday!! Let me first say what an amazing week we had, and this place is well worth it! We went for a week and were totally spoiled, all of the staff were wonderful and helpful and you could ask any one of them and they would help you out even if it was not your butler. Special shout out to our butler, Daniel as he was very attentive and was always asking if we needed anything making us our dinner reservations, among other little requests. We are not used to asking for things on vacation, but he made us feel very comfortable asking and not like we were being demanding. All of the restaurant staff was amazing (Sabby, Solange, Sadie, Tessa and so many others) as well as the bartenders Ray, Charles and Kevin. Shout to Dr. Quade (another butler) who got my husband a glass of cold milk to help with some heartburn also. We ate so many wonderful meals and tried lots of new things, the meals are quite rich so if you do have some heartburn issues bring some extra meds as this might help. We had the Premium Plunge pool and were back in a nice quiet area, and totally enjoyed our pool deck and also had breakfast on the "porch" in our robes two mornings which was very lovely. The room was very spacious, and clean always and turndown service was very romantic when you arrived back from dinner. One tip- we learned after a night or two is to shut off your ice maker at night and put back on in the morning then it makes no noise during the night. Would we stay here again, absolutely!!

Only disappointment is I can’t give 6 stars! Place is amazing! Stayed at Serenity for our 20 yr anniversary. The amenities, food, service, room, and staff were all 5 stars. Would give them 6 stars if I could! It was an amazing trip!

We were looking for a honeymoon destination that checked all the boxes. We were referred to this hotel from a close friend who spent their honeymoon there; they are travel people and have stayed at many hotels and convinced us that this was the move. The price was definitely expensive but for what you get we are very happy that we spent the money. The airport is a quick 5-10 min drive, taxi drivers were very nice, shout-out Dwayne and Kerry from Nerv. The service at this hotel is THE BEST WITHOUT QUESTION. We have stayed at many resorts throughout the Caribbean so when I say this was the best service, it is. Every staff member is attentive, friendly, and overall happy to be there. Everyone cares. Our butler McCarthy was at our every beck and call to help make our honeymoon as special as possible. We were given a well planned itinerary with multiple excursions such as ATV, sunset cruise, snorkel/sail, mud bath/Island tour that were well worth it. Solange was primarily our waitress at dinner, as we asked for her every night. She is kind, attentive, and cares about your experience. You do have access to the adjoining sister resort Coconut Bay with all inclusive access if you like to adventure off and try the other restaurants but the Great House, which is the restaurant on the Serenity property, was the only one we used. We tried majority of the menu and every dish was well prepared and delicious. Room service was next level with 24/7 service which we utilized quite alot. We were given a beach cabana, which is next to the beach bar and on the far side of Cocunut Bay, where Jamal was making fantastic drinks (recommend the mudslides and dirty banana.) When you don't have the beach cabana there are plenty of lounge chairs and hammocks where you can lay about. Your butler can drive you to the beach in a golf cart and pick you upon request. You will receive a CAT weatherproof cell phone to stay in contact with the butler, wifi was abundant throughout both hotels and easy to connect. The beach was spotless and had minimal seaweed due to a worker clearing it all day with a tractor. The beach does have security from the hotel to ensure no vendors are on the beach bothering you. Vendors not affiliated with the hotel are prohibited. There is a decent gym in the middle of both hotels where you can get a good workout in for any level. The property also has a small animal farm which we enjoyed. Kevin, Lee were great bartenders at the outdoor bar on the property and there were always waiters making sure you had drinks/food by the pool at all times and you can even your sunglasses cleaned. The rooms were clean and well kept. All of the staff involved with keeping the room clean well done; there was always towels plenty of body wash conditioner at all times. You have the ability to have your laundry done by the butler daily which was amazing. We also had a pool cabana which was really nice. Entertainment at Serenity was top notch. Live music and singing every night. I would highly recommend you purchase the romance package which was 7 nights. You get some free excursions included. When you leave to go home the day of, if your flight is after 11 AM, you have the ability to shower and store your luggage in their hospitality room so you can enjoy a full day at the pool or whatever other amenity you want. Thank you all for an amazing week we will be back.

Absolutely memorable, special & amazing! My husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary at Serenity and we were blown away by the culture and hospitality. Yes, the rooms were amazing, clean, and full of everything you need. Yes, the day trips to the volcano, sunset cruise, and whatever else you plan, also worth it. But for us, it was the people. They make your experience absolutely amazing! Including the entertainment! The talent on that island needs to get noticed! Every single person in and outside the resort were great, but we have a few special call outs: Kaisha, Solange, Kerry, Kevin, Ray, & Charles. If you ever get the opportunity to go to Serenity, please tell them June & Gil sent you and tell all our friends we miss them.....until next time!

**BEST HONEYMOON DESTINATION BAR NONE** We were looking for a honeymoon destination that checked all the boxes. Honeymoon in Paradise After 40 hours of traveling from the PNW of the United States we finally arrived in St. Lucia for our Honeymoon. Upon breathing the fragrant, tropical air of the West Indies all of the stress of travel began to fade away as my wife and I realized we had finally arrived. It was a breeze getting through customs and we found the Coconut Bay Serenity hut outside on the drive approach to the small airport. Our greeting from the host was very friendly and he quickly gathered and tagged our luggage for delivery to Serenity. He assured us our town car would be arriving quickly. As promised, our town car, arrived and our driver efficiently loaded all of our luggage and greeted us. We then had a thankfully, very short drive to Serenity, by a highly skilled driver who we surmised formerly may have been on the F1 circuit (a common theme on St. Lucia, more later...). We were greeting in the Foyer by our butler, Ethan, who was to be our gracious host for the duration of our visit. Ethan presented us with freshly opened coconuts with fresh, refreshing juices and asked if we would like some local run added. The answer from my wife and I was a resounding "YES!". He inserted the travel sized rum bottles into a clever hole drilled into the coconut and we realized that all was good in life. (Pro-tip -- don't pull the rum bottle out of the hole as it will gravity drain on it's own; if you pull it out it spills much to my chagrin). Our luggage was efficiently wisked away and Ethan escorted us to the pool side great room restaurant outside deck to enjoy a lunch while our room was readied. This is where we first learned how attentive and friendly the Serenity staff are. Our server, Ginel, was a very happy and friendly young lady who described the menu to us and made us feel very welcome. After a nice lunch of fresh caught fish we were again greeted by Ethan who escorted us to our room where our luggage had already been delivered. Our room was exactly as we had envisioned in the many videos we had previewed before booking. We booked the middle option at Serenity which features, by my estimate, around 800 SF of outdoor, very private space including a plunge pool, hammock, covered porch sitting area, bar, and outdoor shower. The interior of the room had a nice king sized bed four poster bed, his and hers wardrobes and luxurious ensuite with a walk-in shower, dual vanity and soaking tube. The whole property is in the colonial plantation theme featuring very light colored, high quality finishes which lent a luxury, tropical feel. My wife commented on how clean everything was; there was no missed dusting or missed cleaning anywhere in the room, or the property for that matter. I work as a high-end luxury home builder and my eye can be very critical (not a good thing on vacation) for work reasons and I was very pleased with the fit and finish of the property which was top notch. You will feel you are staying in a top shelf luxury resort as you are. Since we stayed for more than 7 days our package included many additional features and we were uncertain how to schedule everything properly to take advantage of the excursions while still maintaining a very relaxing pace. Ethan to the rescue here; he volunteered to create an itinerary for us that would not be too busy and he succeeded beyond our expectations. During our stay we were pleasantly occupied with various activities, included in the package, as well as some additional activities we added, all seamlessly incorporated into our itinerary by Ethan. During our visit we enjoyed: -Sunset Cruise on a large 45' catamaran -Private Beach Cabana on the Coconut Bay Resort property catered by Serenity staff (I don't usually like sitting on the beach all day, but this was great and the time just floated by. Other couples we met echoed this sentiment). -Off road quad tour on legit Suzuki 440i quads through single tracks in the jungle, up rivers and on the beach. They definitely let you ride to your skill level and my wife and I are not strangers to offroading. -Deep Sea fishing with on a nice 38 Bertram with a full array of 5 trolling lines and a skilled crew. We caught a nice "football" yellow fin tuna, but the ride from Soufriere to the South end of the island trolling by the Pitons was worth it all alone. -Private car tour by one of the locals, "Dain", who was a very intelligent and humorous man who stopped and showed us some of the local life, including picking fresh fruit from the trees and grabbing some amazing "acros" which were fish bisquits sold in roadside stands. He got us to the front of the line at all stops (somehow) waterfalls, volcano, and I had the best chocolate shake of my life at the chocolate place with locally sourced cocoa. Dain explained the road system and driving on St. Lucia and definitely confirmed that C.A.R.T. needs to start up a youth program here. Dain himself was a skilled driver that did not "push push" which made the drive relaxing. But, he would be a good team principal. -Private pool cabana on Sunday Fun Day. -Snorkeling adventure on the same 45' catamaran from the Sunset Cruise by the amazing Piton mountains and in Sugar Bay. Lot's of sealife and beautiful views along the way. Yet another F1 driver taking us to an from the ports (these guys drive fast). After all of these activities, we were always welcomed back to our home base of Serenity where we were greeted by all of the staff who somehow knew our names starting on day one. The nightly gourmet meals at the great house were 5 star in service and food quality. My wife and I took full advantage of the fresh, "catch of the day", offerings and we retired to our room for a plunge pool dip and good sleep every night. I must emphasize that what made this trip so relaxing, memorable, and luxurious is the staff at Serenity. I really cannot say enough about them. Many thanks and kudos to: -Ginel as our server at the restaurant and pool bar. She is so friendly, bubbly and kind. She makes you want to be as happy as she it. -Solange as our server for great dinners at the great lodge who was friendly, witty, and attentive to our every need. Thank you. -Ray the best bartender ever who always remembers your tastes. (Ray, unbotton that top shirt button some time and breathe easy brother). -Kevin, the charismatic leader of the pool deck who is so filled with island joy and always with a joke to make you smile. Ya mon! -Jonothan, the coconut man who actually climbs the trees and carves up the coconuts with the happiest demeanor. -And, last but not least, Patrice our housekeeper, who always left the best towel animals on our bed every night with an inspirational note. It's a subtle touch we greatly enjoyed. I just had to trade her some oragami paper animals in trade for the towel animals. Patrice wins. All around an amazing vacation spent with some of the best people and staff my wife and I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Thanks again Ethan! If you are considering Serenity just do it; you will love it. James

Perfect Honeymoon My wife and I had the BEST 2 week honeymoon experience at Serenity. The suite was beautiful. The food at the great house was divine and we never ran out of new tasty things to try. Most of all, the service was absolutely stellar. The staff are just a lot of fun, friendly, happy people eager to provide a great experience. Overall we were blown away with Serenity.

Serenity is the BEST This location is exceptional and there is no other hotel that compares to the service you will receive at Serenity. It is unmatched . This is the perfect location for couples celebrating anything. The atmosphere is so relaxing and one in which all needs are met. The rooms are spectacular and the entire vacation could be spent in the room itself. The rooms are exceptionally clean, well designed, and quiet. The amenities cannot be matched. We ate at the Great House restaurant every night and the food was top tier. This is an all inclusive location in which everything is really included from the best drinks, the best food, and great activities. The butlers go above and beyond to ensure that your vacation is everything that you want it to be. By the time we left everyone felt like family. The massage therapist at the spa were also exceptional.

Amazing Getaway We loved our stay last week at Serenity! If you are looking for a romantic, quiet, and peaceful getaway-this is it! The included room service and plunge pool makes it so easy to stay in your room and relax if your prefer. Our butler was Kaisha, and she did such a phenomenal job during our stay. She was so attentive to detail on our initial preferences sheet that we submitted, and she did everything she could to make sure our stay was special. Highly recommend!

If you value your health, sanity, or liver function, let me warn you now: This all-inclusive resort is a trap. A beautiful, delicious, rum-soaked trap. And I would willingly walk into it again. We arrived expecting relaxation. What we got was a full-blown tropical fever dream hosted by the most fun and chaotic group of legends ever assembled. Kevin — Bartender, Singer, Host, and Probably Part-Time Pop Star Kevin pours drinks like an artist, sings like he’s trying to get a record deal, and hosts events like the main character of a reality show that hasn’t been filmed yet. He’ll host a game and then hit a high note during karaoke that made a bird fall out of a tree. When Kevin hosts anything — karaoke, pool games, bingo — it becomes an Olympic-level event. People cheer. Someone cries. A stranger proposes. It’s magical. Jonathan — The Coconut Man Jonathan doesn’t just open coconuts. He weaponizes them. Hope you didn’t plan on doing nothing else but crawling back to your room. This man chops, slices, and cracks coconuts with the grace of a ballet dancer and the aggression of a pirate on a deadline. But here’s the thing: he fills those perfectly opened coconuts with spiced rum that tastes like bad decisions wearing a Hawaiian shirt. You don’t order the drink. Jonathan chooses you. One minute you’re sober. The next you’re holding a coconut filled with rum that could power a small boat engine. I watched him hand one to a guest who immediately learned fluent Spanish. The man is a tropical menace. I love him deeply. Sabby — The Hype Queen & Bartender With Teleportation Powers Sabby appears out of nowhere like a summoned party spirit. You could blink and suddenly she’s there: “DRINK?” “YOU LOOK HOT, BEAUTIFUL — HERE!” “GET IN THE POOL!” “WE ARE DANCING NOW!!” Sabby will hype you up so aggressively you’ll start believing you’re the sexiest person on the island. Her cocktails are miracles with ice cubes. Every drink she hands you feels like a shot of “Yes, you can do the worm in public.” Kaisha — The Organiser, Host, and Unofficial CEO of Fun Kaisha plans and hosts events like she’s running a presidential campaign. Somehow, she convinced us to join every activity: dance classes, trivia, water aerobics that were mostly just us trying not to drown while laughing. She has the energy of ten Red Bulls but the organisation of a military general. If Kaisha says, “Be at the pool at 3,” You will be there at 2:50 with sunscreen applied, water bottle filled, and instant loyalty to her leadership. Daniel — The Unofficial Resort Mayor (Who 100% Lives On Site Somewhere) Daniel insists he does NOT live on the resort. He will say this while greeting staff by name, giving directions to lost guests, and reminding people what time bingo starts. He walks around like he pays rent in coconuts. By day three, guests were asking him where beach towels were. By day four, someone asked if he owned the resort. By day five, Jonathan handed him a coconut without even speaking. He is the mayor. We all know it. He knows it. The iguanas know it. Toya — The Chill Bartender Who Mixes Drinks That Sneak Up and Dropkick You Toya makes cocktails that taste like juice… Until suddenly they don’t. She smiles sweetly while making them, too — fully aware she’s serving you something that will have you dancing with strangers and making confident but incorrect life choices. She’s calm, cool, and probably the reason I don’t remember half of day four. This resort is paradise wrapped in chaos, dipped in rum, and served in a coconut. We laughed. We danced. We bonded with bartenders more than we bond with our families. Would I return? Already booking. Would my liver approve? Absolutely not. But tell Jonathan to chill a coconut for me — We’re coming back for round two.

Serenity is definitely the right name for this adult-only, all-inclusive resort on beautiful St Lucia My wife of 32 years and I spent a "just because" week at Serenity the week before Thanksgiving and we had a wonderful time. We had never stayed at an all-inclusive resort, let alone an adult-only resort, so we didn't know what to expect. Also, our experience in the Caribbean was limited to 1 week on Turks & Caicos 2 years ago (which we thoroughly enjoyed) and briefer stops on a few islands during Disney cruises. Serenity is an absolutely blissful oasis even though it's connected to the larger Coconut Bay resort. With only 36 villas, it is wonderfully small and intimate and never feels crowded even though there is only one pool (with pool bar!) and one restaurant {Greathouse). While you are free to experience the amenities at Coconut Bay, we rarely left Serenity except to shop at the main resort for souvenirs or to experience the extras included in the "Romance Package" with stays of 7+ nights which included a private island tour and a sunset cruise. We're glad we did the island tour and sunset cruise, plus we experienced the in-room massages and poolside cabana dinner included with the package (which also includes a full day in a pool cabana and another full day in a beach cabana) but if we return we would opt-out of everything except the pool and beach cabanas (plus add additional days of each!) because they were the highlights of our trip. This is a legitimate 5 star resort but here are a few minor quibbles to keep it real. The Greathouse restaurant is excellent and the service is wonderful, and overall there is a great variety of menu options for each meal, but I would veer toward the chicken and fish and away from the beef. The "house" wines are mediocre (we like reds and they offered a merlot, pinot noir, cabernet and malbec but none were anything to write home about) so stick with cocktails. In terms of beer, the draft selection is limited and no IPA options but I enjoyed Piton, the local lager, and they'll stock your mini fridge with it and also stock a cooler for your beach cabana day so ask for extra! Limited TV stations in-room for sports enthusiasts. I know, you're on a beautiful tropical island so TV shouldn't be a priority, but nevertheless it's strange that CBS and ABC are included (as well as ESPN) but not FOX or NBC. And yet the pool bar had access to all US networks and pretty much any sports channel (although sometimes spotty reception). The website says you'll be contacted by your butler a few days prior to your arrival but we never heard from him. He was excellent while we were there, but another couple said the same thing. They do provide a pre arrival form on their website so our recommendation is to fill that out completely and include your in-room liquor requests in the comments section. They will provide 2 bottles of your favorite liquor (we chose Grey Goose Vodka and Woodford Reserve Bourbon) and both were in the room when we arrived. They do NOT replace these if you use them. Other comments - #1 concern of mine was dress code for dinner which says long pants and dress shoes for men. I brought several pairs of long pants and one pair of dress shoes and never used them. I asked our butler upon check-in whether I really needed to wear long pants at dinner and he gave me an emphatic "no" saying the dress code was "resort casual" and I never once felt under dressed wearing nice shorts, a collared shirt and sandals to dinner, and I was in the vast majority, Guys, leave your long pants and dress shoes at home but by all means don't go to dinner in a T shirt and baseball cap. You'll save 5 pounds of luggage weight! #2 - gratuities. Technically, gratuities are included but they will give you a check-out message saying that gratuities are accepted for exceptional service and you will definitely want to acknowledge the great service you experience throughout your stay. You can recognize specific people with a personal card (which we brought along with us) or use the envelops provided in the room to give general tips for restaurant staff, housekeeping, etc. Everyone should do their own thing, but we brought several hundred dollars with us and used all of it. You can also charge gratuities to your room if you're short on cash, otherwise either hand deliver to those who provided outstanding service (there will be many!) or place envelops into the secure "drop box" at the concierge hut near the pool (your butler will show you where it is). Keep in mind that most employees have at least one day off so be prepared to hand deliver to a great server at least one day before your departure. There was a super sweet young woman who delivered our coffee every morning and we're so glad we had a card ready for her the day before we checked out because our check-out day was her day off and it was so gratifying to speak with her. #3 - airport is super small. After you collect your bags and are heading to the Serenity desk outside to get your transfer to the resort, you are 50 feet from the desk so politely refuse the eager porters who want to help you with your bags and you will feel obliged to tip. #4 - yes the Atlantic-facing beach has seaweed constantly washing up. Staff are continually cleaning it up but this will never be a powdery white sand beach. Having said that, we really enjoyed our beach cabana day. The beach near the Serenity resort is virtually non-existent but the beach cabanas are on the far side of the resort north of the larger Coconut Bay resort and are the widest in the area. There is also a great beach bar near the cabanas which opened around 111am on the day when we had our designated beach cabana day. Right next to the beach bar is a shaded area with many first come first serve lounge chairs so you can go early and reserve a spot before everyone else shows up and the party starts at 11am when the bar opens. #5 - this is a "serene" resort for couples but there is nightly entertainment at the pool and the music is usually quite loud so you can either sit outside on the deck of the Greathouse or if you want to actually have a conversation with your partner you can ask to sit inside (even though the DJ one night opened the door and implored us to participate in the outside festivities). #6 - room categories. We stayed in a premium suite. We originally booked a Grand suite but I realized we had a football game to attend that week (oops!) so we rescheduled for the following week and only premium suites were available. We loved our suite and think a premium is fine because it includes a slightly larger room with a couch facing the TV whereas the regular suite only has a single chair which isn't ideal for a couple. If we visit again (a distinct possibility!) we'll book a Grand suite which has a larger outdoor area and plunge pool + walk-in closets vs. wardrobes. #7 - St Lucia is a beautiful, lush volcanic island (we've been to Hawaii 3 times) but it looks very impoverished outside the resort. It's a bit depressing venturing outside the resort and while the island is described as safe, we probably wouldn't venture outside the resort if we return #8 - This resort was as close to paradise as we've ever experienced. Besides being a lovely enclave, the service was beyond belief, and we were so impressed with the warmth of the hospitality. We went into this vacation thinking it was a "one and done" (because we have so many places we haven't experienced), but we are seriously considering a return trip based on how extraordinary our experience was. #9 - we understand that Serenity will be undergoing an expansion so there could be some noise/disruption while they add new units (plus new pool and restaurant) just south of the current resort. We sincerely hope this won't take away from the 'serenity' of the current resort and that Serenity will continue to be the ultimate Caribbean escape for this NJ couple.

The Perfect Place for a Couples Getaway Serenity in St. Lucia deserves every bit of a 5-star rating. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful grounds, the peaceful atmosphere, and the way every detail felt so thoughtfully designed. The staff was truly wonderful and incredibly attentive. It felt like everyone went above and beyond to make our stay special. We loved the curated couples events, especially the sushi-making class, the poolside dinner with live music. The food throughout our stay was absolutely stellar, and each meal felt like its own experience. The rum and food festival on our last night truly blew us away with various food stations, fire breathers and dancing for entertainment. Top tier! A very special shout out to our amazing butler, Ethan, who took such great care of us the entire trip. He stayed on top of our dinner reservations, organized our sail and snorkel adventure and kept us up to date on all the activities available during our stay. The housekeeping staff, Patrice and Trisha kept everything spotless and always made our room feel clean and welcoming after hours spent at the pool or beach. The restaurant team, especially Toya and Jasmine, made every meal feel warm and personal. And the bartenders, Charles and Ray, were fantastic. Fun, welcoming, and made the best drinks. Thanks to this incredible team, our 10-year anniversary trip became the best vacation we’ve ever had. Serenity more than lived up to its name, and we can’t wait to come back and will for sure be recommending to anyone who is planning to visit the gorgeous Saint Lucia.

The best all inclusive resort we have experienced We’ve stayed at quite a few adults-only all-inclusive resorts, and this one stands out as the best so far. Being only a few minutes from the airport was a big plus. We booked a Grand Deluxe Plunge Pool Suite, and it was even better than the photos. The space felt private and relaxing, and we loved having our own plunge pool, hammock, and outdoor shower. There were so many little touches throughout the room, including the liquor that we selected, mixers, beverages, snacks, and personal notes from the staff that showed how much thought goes into the guest experience. What really made the trip special, though, was the staff. Everyone we met was warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in making sure we were having a great stay. Our butler, David (Davidson), was incredible; he was always available, always thoughtful, and somehow always ahead of us in knowing what we’d need next. The wait staff and crafttenders, Deleon, Kevin, Charles, Toya, Lee, Ginel, and Ray, were all fantastic. They remembered our preferences and even our allergies, which we really appreciated. And we can’t forget Jonathan, whose fresh coconut drinks became something we looked forward to every afternoon. Even though Serenity has just one restaurant, The Greathouse, we never felt limited. The food was excellent every night, and we never felt the need to head over to Coconut Bay for other options. There are some theme nights when you do not eat in the restaurant, but the food still has the same quality as the Greathouse. The menu to order is always available, and you can have the food delivered to the bar, a cabana, or your room. The housekeeping team also deserves recognition. Our suite was spotless each day, and the handwritten notes they left for us were such a thoughtful touch. We wish we could call out every single person by name because the entire staff contributed to making our stay so memorable. All in all, we had an incredible experience at Serenity and are already talking about when we can go back.

Most AMAZING resort you will ever visit It is hard to put into words how amazing this place and all the people are. Everyone was so friendly, accommodating, provided excellent service and made us feel like family. Christopher Chin , Resort Manager, hand picked the staff and he chose the perfect ones. This is absolutely the most amazing place my husband and I have visited. They make sure your trip is memorable, relaxing and that you're spoiled. Do yourself a favor and book at trip. Ask for Ali to be your butler. She is the BEST! She made sure we had the best experience ever. We made some wonderful friends with the staff and the food/drinks are amazing

Three times a charm This is our third trip to Serenity and every year it just gets better and better. Definitely worth reading my earlier reviews, everything I wrote then still applies today. This time we stayed 18 nights in a Grande Plunge Pool suite. Let me frame the ‘18 nights’, we stayed 12 nights the first time, then 14 and we were so sad to leave in 2024 we chose 18 this time - it’s 19 in 2026. You get the idea! So why Serenity so many times? If you’d have said to me in 2021 we’d repeatedly go back to the same place I’d have said “the world is too small, and there are so many beautiful places” Fast forward 4 years and my actual response is “life is too short, when you’ve found paradise, keep returning." We genuinely feel if we went anywhere else in St Lucia, or even the Caribbean, we’d feel sad and disloyal. Serenity has had that impact on us. I could write a novel about the truth of Serenity but I’ll try and keep it to a few key points: 1. The team This is really why Serenity is so spectacular. Let’s start with top down. Chris the general manager….when you stay, you’ll spot him. He’ll be in sunglasses, observing every minute detail of the hotel. Nothing goes without his notice and as a result, the high levels of detail and care that goes into every sun lounger, every drink, every interaction, every event, every menu option - screams 5 star (more on that next). Then you’ve got your butler - this time we had the pleasure of Kurt. What a guy. Quietly and observantly and with a genuine heart, meeting our needs. The small details, the daily check in, the great sense of humour, the silly jokes, the warm hug and the very essence of Serenity - helping us find our serene every single day. The wider team led by Ray, Kevin and Charles at the pool bar - to Shirley and Christy in housekeeping - to Toya, Ginel, Sabby, Jemma, Hannah and the restaurant team - no end of thanks - truly remarkable how they show up every day with the same service, the same smile and the same kindness. Special thanks to Daniel, Mcarthy and Quade (butler 2024) for looking after us on Kurt’s off days. And so lovely to catch up with the OG butler, Nerissa (Neri), our butler from 2021. Another wonderful human, making Serenity so special. 2. Real 5 star. 5 star means so many things. For us 5 star is about enjoying luxury without snobbery. Not sure if that word translates well - but basically Serenity attracts lovely guests that appreciate quality but also match the kindness and energy of the team. It’s not stuffy by any stretch, that said, we always dress appropriately for dinner. My husband usually wore smart shorts, button up shirt and I normally wear a dress. Not a reflection of Serenity at all, but we feel it’s disrespectful to show up for dinner in a baseball cap and something akin to beachwear. The team work so so hard, we just feel it’s respectful to match their effort! 3. Beyond Serenity Being so close to Coconut Bay is a joy. You can enjoy all the facilities of the family-friendly side of the resort, which of course enjoys the beach, but then you can retreat back to Serenity. The jerk tree house is a must for straight-up chicken lovers. And a little 20 minute bob around in the lazy river is worth your time. Also visit the market that arrives 2-3 times a week. 4. Vernon I really want to mention the fitness side of things…. What I actually mean is Vernon the PT/head of fitness. Wow, wow, wow. It’s true, other fitness focused hotels exist in St Lucia (great if you want to compare your active wear…), but if fitness is your thing, this is THE place, although it’s not marketed as such. We arrived fit, but I’m leaving physically, spiritually and mentally stronger, and for this I have to thank Vernon. He’s a game changer for this resort in my opinion. And I really wanted to mention him as a special person to us. If you enjoy being active, really do make the effort to attend his yoga class at 7.30am and then the 10am class, where he will push you harder than you thought possible. The 11am aqua class is great fun, but don’t underestimate it, the weights under water are deceiving. As a former ballet dancer, he's all about functional fitness and honestly, his dance repertoire during the aqua class is worth watching if only from the sidelines. A truly beautiful human. What you can expect: 1. You’ll get a call a week before asking for your bar choices in your room. And if they can’t get it, they’ll try damn hard - so thank you for our alcohol free gin! 2. You’ll meet Jonathan - he’s made a whole business out of coconuts - but his ever-presence will warm your heart every day. And Richard, lead pool guy, behind the scenes, but every morning makes a point of chatting to us. We always say “how does Chris find these incredible people?” 3. The daily event schedule keeps it lively but also you can dip in and out - it’s never intrusive. Fire eaters are very very impressive and if you're at the front of the pool deck you, ll definitely get a warm glow! 4. The romantic package is worth its weight in gold, but if you do things independently as we do, you’ll receive the same 5 star service - thank you to Duane our driver who took us to the distillery, Marigot Bay and the Piton hike. 5. The petting zoo is not obvious when you arrive but definitely take some bananas to feed the horse. Tom, the chief engineer for the resort, along with a team of animal-lovers take in abandoned and stray animals. They have several puppies (Nov 2025) and they’re all being re homed in the US. It’s another lovely feature of the C Bay resort and its wider offering. 6. If you’re wondering about how Serenity sits within the Coconut Bay resort, it’s completely separated by a private road. You can use all the C Bay resort facilities but to put it bluntly, C Bay guests aren’t allowed into Serenity. You could easily go to Serenity and fully enjoy it and never leave its beautiful landscaped spaces. But if you want the gym, it’s no hardship to take the 90 second walk across the road. Personally we like the variation, but think of Serenity as a stand alone exclusive hotel, NOT integrated within Coconut Bay. *That said, C Bay reviews are also fantastic for a reason* 7. Security & safety - all the times we’ve visited we’ve left our bags unattended on our sun loungers with phones, kindles etc. If it rains Kevin or Ray will pop a towel over your things to stop them getting wet! You could leave the Crown Jewels on display and they’d still be there the next day! In summary, thank you to the entire Serenity team for the tremendous kindness you have shown us this year. It’s been a hard year for our family, and the empathy and love you have given us is beyond measure. Until the next time - 370 days and counting xx

Amazing honeymoon location My wife and I spent our honeymoon at serenity at coconut bay. We stayed for 7 nights and we wish it was a month. We had the greatest time and this place seriously will ruin our future vacations at different resorts. Every part of this place is amazing. You arrive via a private airport shuttle and receive a welcome drink in a coconut with local rum. The great house restaurant is amazing and we didn’t have a bad meal from there breakfast lunch or dinner. The rooms are incredible with a whole outdoor patio with a plunge pool. The best part was the staff who really bend over backwards to make your stay memorable. A special thank you to our butler Neri and substitute butler Ali Coconut man Jonathan Bartenders Lee, Ray, Charles, Delon Waiters Sabby and Kevin.

Wish they had a 12 Star Review - Fantastic Celebrated a delayed 25th Anniversary at Serenity, the middle of November, 2025 and just returning. Need to put in a glowing review for the resort now before we forget just how good it was!! We checked in after about a whole SEVEN minute car ride from the airport. Best thing ever... so much better the long rides over an hour to other resorts. Even though location is close to the airport, there is not much air traffic noise to worry about. Our butler Kaischa met us out front with rum and coconut water to welcome us to the resort. A quick tour of the resort showing us the important parts, and then welcomed us to our room where our bags were already deposited. The mid-size room was perfect, with a great bath tub, glass enclosed shower, flat screen tv and internet was such a great spot to spend the week. Outdoor shower, plunge pool, recliners and outdoor wetbar with fridge made it a great escape from the rest of the resort when we wanted it. The "GreatHouse" and pool side bar kept us fed with GREAT food.... (not just good by all inclusive resort standards, but REALLY EXCELLENT food for anyone's tastes by any standard!!) Alacart meals available at breakfast, lunch and dinner were all top of the line... the jerk chiken wings off the "anytime" menu were a (messy) favorite of mine. The resort is a serene, laid back environment, and that is what it is meant to be. Off site trips are available, and the nextdoor resort Coconut Bay is available to Serenity guests as well. We ate at the La Luna restaurant for a special, sea-side meal, Kalabash Caribbean Fusian, Silk and the Italian restaurant Trattoria once each at Coconut Bay while there. Not because the GreatHouse menu was bad, but we wanted to explore. Easily could have done the GreatHouse every day. Also explored the buffet for lunch a couple of days, and that was good also. Spent several of the days watching the kite-boarders and wing-foil sailors with envy. (My plans to learn to kite/foil were squashed after an injury). But great location for the ones that do kite/sail and Edd and Jamal at the beach bar poured great drinks, and kept the atmosphere enjoyable wiht thier beachside music. The beach itself is ok..... lots of seaweed/grass that comes ashore, nothing they can do about that but a beach crew spends a lot of the day cleaning it up. If it becomes a problem there are a number of pools at the Coconut Bay side, the Serenity section , or your own plunge pool as desired. (Ours was WICKED cold due to time of year and being in shade.... brrrr....) So, I could write for pages about the great resort, BUT, the people were the most excellent part. Toya and Ginel worked the pool bar, the GreatHouse and pool side for drinks, snacks and meals. Always super friendly, knew our names from day one, and just overall great people to have around to brighten up each day!! Ray helped out with the suggestions of the restaurants at Coconut Bay and along with Kevin at the Serenity pool bar, they were always friendly faces to welcome each day and chat with as they poured some excellent drinks. Of course, last, but not least, there was our butler Kaischa who welcomed us to the resort, arranged our off site meals, and helped with other items as needed. She was always popping by, checking on the "butler phone" or otherwise seeing if we needed anything. We were there to relax and enjoy time away from schedules, so we didn't do much off site....... but she was ready to answer any questions and provided a lot of insight about the island and the resort. What we did need/ask for was immediately taken care of and when we do go back (NOT if).... we will hope that she would be willing to work with us again. I was a little concerned about the crowd at the resort... being "relaxing and serene " atmosphere, didn't know who we would encounter, but guests were of all ages from all over the world. We chatted with many from Europe, Africa, the US and South America from all different backgrounds, so definitely was not only one age group. And, as we found out, if needing a bit more lively entertainment, Coconut Bay with Country Western night, a larger Flame Eater celebtration, and after hours dancing and parties upstairs can provide that. The one word of caution, but seems to be at any resort, if you aren't renting a cabana, get out early if you want lounge chairs with umbrellas. They are a few short. As the title says, wish we could give them 12 stars....... but they are absolutely a 5 star resort. When comparing to other "brand name" resorts, our personal experience and everyone we spoke to who had been to others, all agree, there is no comparison. The personal experience with the staff, the quality of the rooms, the setting, and especially the great food.......... no question a great place to spend a vacation and we look forward to going back!!!

Serenity honeymoon stay Amazing! Food is absolutely delicious. Fun events nightly. Extremely clean. This is a luxurious experience and meets the value of the cost. Rooms are super nice. They clean them daily and set them up for going to bed. It was super romantic. Location is convenient to the airport but it is on the Atlantic side so the ocean isn’t as nice as the Caribbean. Rooms were quiet. Always funny and entertaining. Ray, Toya, Kevin, Sabby, Charles, Kimberly, Jonathon and Ginel were fantastic
